Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

First time doing online ordering and will be the last!!!!. Pizza was to be ready for pickup at 5:38 . Went to the window and rang the buzzer, sat there for a while before an employee answer and stated they “ haven’t quite started it yet, come inside and wait”!!! I waited inside for 15 minutes before it was done!!
Unacceptable!!! Not time saving at all!!!

Can always count on Papa Murphys for a tasty pizza! Staff was very professional and friendly and food was nummy!

Pizza is good.  Lady behind the counter spends a lot of time yikyakking to customers and laughing.  Line moves Slow.

This location has really improved. This is my favorite location to come to so much better than all the other stores I’ve ordered from everything is so fresh and bake’s perfect love coming here! Worth the drive, I wish the locations near me were this good and friendly and helpful.

Hawaii Poke Bowl

Delicious fresh poke bowls! Lots of options to choose from and good size portions. I love tuna so I had the Tuna Lover Bowl that came with 3 different types of tuna. My partner had the Volcano Bowl which was a bit spicier with jalapeño but also delicious.

Quick and good service and plenty of seating. They also had self serve lemon water!

Delicious, fresh food, well prepared at a reasonable price in a pleasant environment. While I personally love it, my wife only has a single non-seafood option -- chicken -- with limited sides/toppings because she is allergic to all seafood, which limits my opportunities to come here.

I was missing Oahu and my boyfriend recently found this place for us to try. We are hooked!

We always drive in the area but never stopped at this building. It's a clean simple place with delicious food, just like I remembered in Hawaii. Staff is super nice, and they're knowledgeable about their ingredients as well.

The bowls we've had were delicious on their own, but I love that they also make beverages to order. It's perfect!

I'm always in Hawaii when I eat here. Will visit again!

Came in during its two week soft opening for lunch. There's something for everyone who likes raw or cooked. You get to choose your base (rice, greens, brown rice, quinoa and blue chips) from there you can create your own or pick a signature bowl. Wash your pallet with some complimentary lemon water.

Great store! Friendly mangers! Some of the staff are very slow ringing up customers and clearing a line especially whoever works around 2pm! Was inside trying to pay for my fountain pop 3 days in a row around this time and waited around 10 mins each time!!! The third shift girl at times makes it feel she doesn't want to be there at all! She at times is rude to some customers when I have been there! She has treated me good every time but just her attitude all away around! The bathrooms really need to be updated and fixed up! Some things work and other do not! Megan is amazing and always friendly there!

The staff make it a point to get to know you as a person, greet you as a friend and are helpful and knowledgeable  about the store and neighborhood and will assist if you need help at the pumps or finding items in the store.

The teller was very nice. Place was a little small but they did have cooked food such as catfish ect

I like that you have a lot of variety of building your bowl.  Each step has up to 12 items to choose from. I always go with the mixed greens and 3 scoops of salmon with panzu.  The amount of food you receive is worth the price.  I can never finish a bowl in one sitting, however, putting your leftovers in the fridge for later is okay because the food can survive a few hours.  If you want a healthier meal I would recommend trying this place.  The staff in Apple Valley are always nice and polite, even if you have to think about what you want.  I have never eaten at the joint, but would not mind because they are always clean.

First time trying this spot today.  The service was fantastic as the guy behind the counter explained the whole process to me as a newbie.  The food was prepared quickly and the presentation was fantastic.  The rice is served warm underneath the cold toppings, which made for a nice mix in the bowl.  The flavors were wonderful and there were many varieties of Signature Bowls to choose from, or you can customize your own bowl from the several items behind the counter - similar to ordering from Chipotle where you stand and watch them prepare your meal from many containers of prepared items.

If I had one critique, it would be that the Volcano Bowl is heavy on the heat with a mix of Sriracha, spicy mayo and fresh jalapeños, but is clearly marked on the menu board so no fault of the establishment, just my weakened tolerance for spice over the years. Some may say it isn’t spicy enough if you have a high tolerance.

Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi and is looking for a twist on the traditional roll. For $14 I got a good sized bowl of fresh food that left me satisfied and satiated. Photo of an empty bowl for proof of enjoyment!

Amazing poke! Generous portion, super nice and helpful staff, the freshness is great (always go where the line of customers is!! :) ) and prices extremely competitive. I did the “build your own” and can tell you - this is NOT the last time I was here. I will become a regular customer for sure. 10/10

This restaurant is so consistent with their quality. Each time we visit, the flavors are clean, the staff are friendly, and the store is pristine. I only wish that it could be closer to my home so we could eat here more often! So many people think they have an aversion to raw fish or things that are "different", but locations like this show the value in trying new dishes from different cultures! Take a chance on this place, and you won't be disappointed!

Like a new star in fast food market! Very tasty sauces. Fresh ingredients. It is super clean from top to bottom, in to out, left to right. Modern and cool decoration. Nice and helpful staffs, completely answer any question, very fast service. The lotus chips are a amazing, don’t forget to try them!

Simple Simon's Pizza

Just to help with confusion, this place is also shared with Shelby's.

We stopped here for lunch, on our way to Eureka Springs.  The food was actually really good!  And the service was wonderful!  It's a bit of a hole in the wall, and we missed it entirely, because Google maps had us turn on a street to it, but the street doesn't exist - it's actually the parking lot. 💁‍♀️  Anyway, it was serendipitous and we had a great time!  Don't pass it by!

Great little place!  Amazing people, great food and great service too.   Food was definitely top notch!    Keep up the great work!!

I have only had Simple Simon's a few times but have always been the mena location. Prices are a little steep compared to other pizza restaurants around here. For Hatfield, the options are limited, so you can't complain too much. I'm not sure if it is just my body, but I immediately had an upset stomach after I ate it even for leftovers.

Very good hamburger steak, and the pulled pork sandwich special today. Plus, Pecan pie.
Give them a try. A very pleasant surprise for a small town.

Also known as Shelby's Cafe, this place has very good pizza, and I had an oven-baked sandwich that was very tasty as well although it should be a bit larger.  The service is personable, family-friendly and very attentive!  Had a big slice of the Tres Leches cake and it was outstanding too.  Try this place!!

Greek Grill & Fry co.

Been to this location a few times and it's been consistent so far.

The philly steak gyro is delicious. Try the spicy chili sauce with your meal, it's a good zing to your tongue.

Food was ok, but had to wait 10 minutes.  But this is one of those places with the auto payment that defaults to a 20 percent tip!  This is a fast food place in the mall.  On top of that when I looked at the receipt there was a 4% service charge for something.  So you'll basically be paying 25 percent plus tax on top of the already mid to high price if you're not careful.

Love the spicy gyro! Seasoning for the fries at the counter is a great bonus as well.

Experience - I came during a slow time in the evening. My shopping experience brought me to the food court where the restaurant is located and I was wanting to try something unique. I wasn’t all that hungry so I ordered a gyro kid’s meal. It was priced around $8 and included the gyro meat, a half pita, fries and a small drink. The food came out relatively quickly. Overall the food was fresh and what I thought was a generous portion for a kids meal.

Food - The gyro meat was savory and tender. The pita bread was warmed and not stale. The fries were well seasoned, appropriately crispy, and freshly prepared. I’m not a fan of thaziki sauce but i tried it and it did taste good.

Staff - The young man who took my order was friendly and courteous.

Ambiance - The mall is well lit and has a cozy feel. Comfortable seating. Fireplace was a nice touch. Several families with children enjoying dinner.

Overall, a pleasant experience and a definite meal option for the future!

Received hard buns for a burger. Ive been here several times and its a first receiving expired or possibly buns thatve been left out for too long. I thought it may be toasted but no, it doesnt have the crusty feel. Ate 1/3 of it and couldnt anymore due to the hardness.

Ordered 2 chicken pizzas online at 5pm for pickup at 6pm. Arrived to find they were out of chicken and hadn't made the pizzas. Asked why online allowed the order; they explained online only places orders. When I questioned why they didn't call to inform me since they had plenty of time, they said they don't call since customers often don't pick up. Requested a refund; they promised it in 1 to 2 business days, suggesting to call the manager if not. All too hilarious.

Felt sympathy for the young employee; not his fault. The management needs improvement. Just call the customer to avoid a wasted trip. Phone number was on the receipt. Customer service skills are definitely lacking.

I went after work to this location friday evening, 10/13 a little before 6pm. I had ordered the cowboys family size pizza on request of my grandmother. There were two little boys that made my order, and as I am sitting there watching them make my pizza, they are laughing at the pizza and saying "bruh" like they did something they shouldn't have, and found it funny. I was quite confused on that. So they finally call my name and hand me my pizza and i grab it and barely make it outside and it wasnt even properly wrapped I had toppings falling off, it was downpouring rain, so I had to go back in to have them re wrap it actually right. And that's when i noticed what was wrong with the pizza. It was literally covered/smothered with nothing but mushrooms. I brought it up with the young man that I dont want that many mushrooms and that this isnt right and he got snippy and said that's how it's supposed to be an I already paid for it. Not in the mood to fight with a prepubescent child over pizza, I left defeated and ashamed to bring this pizza to my grandmother. We bake it and sure as heck, just like we thought, nothing but mushrooms and not even any cheese on the pizza. It was the most repulsive thing I have ever taken a bite out of. My grandma couldnt even eat it and she likes mushrooms.  Bottom line, the food wasnt even edible. I call the store and tell them about my experience. They didnt offer to make it right, they offered me to come in and buy another one. Why would I give you more money, for you to just mess up my order again? I wasnt offered a refund, and I wasnt offered to even have the pizza fixed. I spent my hard earned money on a stupid pizza that we couldn't even eat and havent wanted to eat anything else since. If I wanted a mushroom pizza, that is what I would have ordered. I am very upset about my experience at this store. I have never had customer service like this at any of the papa murphys locations, but this was a nightmare. I just wanted to get off work from the hospital and enjoy a simple meal with my grandmother, which neither of us got to enjoy. Threw away the entire pizza because it was not edible. Bottom line is save yourself a headache and stomachache and go to any other location but this one. They have no pride in their jobs. If you dont wanna make pizzas, maybe dont work at a pizza shop. Now because they hate their jobs, it transferred into their food and it shows. they thought it was funny and okay to serve that to someone. Very disgusted with this stores staff.

The pizza blew up! Last night, my boyfriend ordered and picked up a pizza. He followed all the instructions, as usual, and came into a kitchen full of smoke. The dough blew up and the molten toppings dripped off and into the bottom of the oven, where they caught on fire. Rude.

Arrived at 7:15 on 11/22/23.  An employee opened the door and said they were only taking online orders!  So I couldn't walk in and order but they said I could call in an order. Really???   Store hours said open until 8:00.  I spent my money elsewhere and will never come back!

Pizza Hut

This was the best pizza I have ever had and really recommend you eat here. The bread sticks are the best.The service was amazing and we couldn’t stop eating it.

Fast and friendly service. The kitchen staff did an excellent job on our wings and stuffed crust pizza. Some of the best I've had from pizza hut. We will definitely return to this location.  Wesley is awesome.

I ordered 2 orders of hot wings, buffalo burning hot. I got 2 orders of  plain Wings. I've never had a problem till now. We're a little ways from this place. Frustrating!!! Specially when it's your son's birthday. Never again

Ordering through the app was easy. Arrived just as they are cutting the pizza. The staff was friendly. I asked for some plates and he gave them to me along with some napkins.

I ordered online, and clearly ordered delivery because it even asked for a driver tip. When my pizza was late, I called and the store and was told it was ordered carry out.  I asked, when am I gonna get me pizza then because I’m waiting for it. The worker mumbled something and hung up on me. I then went in to the store and eventually got in to an argument because I was told my order was cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told by the worker that he was the manager. Mind you, this guy was making pizzas with his bare hands and running the cash register with out ever washing his hands. Finally, I was told he can reuse service to anyone and was asked to leave.

Harris Pizza #4

Had this pizza for the first time and was very surprised at how good it was. Nice crunchy crust with a tasty sauce and good amount of cheese. The packaging of the pizza was old school which I like. Just a real good old school neighborhood pizza joint.

I got a pizza for myself and my girlfriend to just chill and watch a movie and I might as well have put a frozen pizza in the oven. The pizza was cold, the crust was paper thin, barely any toppings and cheese. I lost my faith in Harris Pizza. Uncle Bill's is way better.

I ordered the wrong pizza, and they were super cool about it. They quickly made me another pizza, with no complaints. To my surprise, they through in the pizza that I ordered by mistake. We eat there often. It's always been good, that's why we keep going back.

Quick and tasty pizza. It's my first time having Quad City pizza and I was not disappointed! I do wish they have a medium pizza because small is slightly too small and large is gigantic (2 days of leftovers). But still good, nonetheless.

Pizza was pricey but excellent.  We arrived when they said our order would be ready, but still had to wait.  Biggest complaint:  no restroom.  If you make people stand and wait (we weren't the only ones) you need to have a restroom.

NorthPark Mall

Very good mall this mall is better than south park.  South Park mall sucks because there's no store is empty most people from Illinois come to North Park mall because there are more store and better

As Gen X I am completely ecstatic that this mall is still doing good. Why would you want to order online when you can go to a place with thousands of choices of clothing, books, gifts all while listening to 80s/90s music,  drinking a starbucks and smelling pretzels. We were there for my kid to pick out birthday gifts. We went to the usual: Spencers, Hot Topic and Ragstock. Found stuff at all three and then some. Good deals and it was so nice to visit a mall that wasnt missing tons of stores. Found some great shirts at Hot Topic *see photos*

These days, it's hard to find a decent mall. It's good to see that this mall still has quite a good selection of stores still open. They could use a few more places to eat but otherwise it's a good place. It's pretty clean, and it feels safe.

It used to be a lot better a long time ago. It still has some good stores and friendly atmosphere. Good place to drop off the teens for s few hours. I do miss whiteys being there!

Visiting my hometown and decided to see what the mall still look liked. I was pleasantly surprised how great it looked since malls are disappearing. clean, lots of stores still there, and it felt safe.
