Good shopping experience.  We came in and found what we were looking for.  Shelf check out was easy.  Buggies were ready and available for shopping use. The store appeared clean and well stocked.  Parking Lot is huge and well kept.

Target great environment. Family oriented great merchandise great variety of different things and products you are looking for. The customer service there is impeccable and I love going there its one if the best spots in Lafayette for everything for me meeting people socializing clothes food phone stuff all in one. Love Target I could make a stop there every weekend for the rest of my life and it would be worth it.

The 4 is because it's so unorganized, but Aiden, our cashier, would get 10 if I could give him that many! This young man came out into the outside of the aisle and asked us if we were ready to check out, and he was so delightful and so efficient that I hope this company takes notice of how remarkable he is. I came in close contact with many employees in the store, but he was the only one with a big smile and offering to help!

Target is the best big box retailer in America. The service is generally great, pricing is good, customer perks are great and they're consistent. This store is always busy, a testament to how awesome they are. If you go here, you already know!

Shoe Carnival

Love the selections and sales, but the staff isn't all that helpful. Lots of standing around and ignoring customers. One girl was friendly and helpful. She was nice and even reminded me that we had a discount available. 👍

Iv been shopping at this location since I was a child, its always nice and tidy. Though they didn't have exactly what my stepson was hunting for no sweat, we managed to find precisely what he wanted elsewhere... Feels good to make your children happy.. Will return soon, thank-you..

Well it’s a shoe store, you will find shoes. Will you find them easily? Not for kids you won’t. You will find however they have the nutiest merchandiser, they no longer have a dedicated kids shoe section. Instead they’ve commingled them with the rest of the shoes. Meaning if you’re doing shoe shopping for your children you will struggle to find the definitive end to the kids section and you can’t really find where it starts either. It’s all just shoes. Never has my shoe loving self walked out of a mid-budget shoe store so quickly in my life.

Shoe Carnival is a great place to buy shoes, dress shoes, work boots, sports, safety or casual, great selection, friendly staff, easy returns, can also order online plus their app is awsome and easy to use,just download it from the google play store, great pricing, and deals continuously, you can't go wrong with shoe Carnival.

Howard Curry Shoes

A friend recommended stopping in here as we were a little unsure what size we needed for our one year old. Sales staff got her measured and showed us options and they were very helpful. Fun old school atmosphere and my wife loved the cute fitting chairs for the kids. Overall great experience and we will for sure return to shop for shoes here again!

Went to Howard Curry for the first time today with my son. He needed Billy Brand shoes to fit over the braces on his feet. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman that had helped me (long brown hair, worked the morning of 10/12/2022, hope she gets some recognition!). She was incredible! Knowledgeable and great with my son. He walked out of there wearing his braces for the first time and in a shoe that he loved and that felt great on his feet. I greatly appreciate such a wonderful first experience and will absolutely be back for our shoe needs.

I took my grandson in to get his first high top walkers for babies.  Our salesman measured his feet, got his shoes, had them on and he walking in less than 5 minutes.  Great timing for a 13 month old.  He loves his first walking shoes and he doesn't mind putting them on.  Great experience for all of us!

I did a quick Google search of children’s shoe stores in Lexington, KY and this was the first one to pop up with a 4.5 star rating. When we went in, we already knew we were looking for size 10 kids sandals for my 4-year-old. The employee immediately told me where to look and offered to help us try on a pair we liked. We found the perfect shoes for my child and will return when we need new shoes for our kids!

Very friendly and professional staff. Went above and beyond to see if a particular shoe was available and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Convenient location and hours. Clean and stylish store. Prices are competitive.

We love shopping at target. However, it was a bad experience today at the checkout counter number 13, the lady had no basic ethics of customer service and was disrespectful. My greetings and thank you at the end of the checkout were ignored deliberately.

I love going to this target store but everything I do a order online. When I get to the store and items I purchased are out of stock. Maybe have substitute products to offer in stead of just oops we don't have it even though it says we do and you paid. Only complaint I have! Other wise great store!

I went to target today in Tuscaloosa Alabama and had to best experience every this  young lady name Angel she was so amazing she went out her way to help assist me today she took her time and also recommended additional other products and also help me try on boots I  was blown away by the way she helped me it was amazing she is definitely an assets To target 💯💯💯 they need lots of Angels like her in the world again thanks Angel  I appreciate you so much ❤️

I love this Target location. Almost every time I drive through Tuscaloosa I stop by to check out the new inventory. It’s fairly accessible from the interstate, probably about 5 minutes down the road. It’s basically two turns, so it’s easy to get back on the interstate for this who aren’t familiar with the area. This is a large premium location, carrying many of the speciality Target items. The beauty department is one of the largest I’ve visited in Alabama, offering higher end cosmetic brands and more ingredient conscious choices. The grocery department is stocked with some of the best fresh food options. There is a self checkout that is typically open late, which is great for those of us who come later at night. I recommend this location, 5 stars. ⭐️

Very rude employee don’t ask if you need help or anything. Man got on speaker and said it’s called home training to put things back where you got it from. Maybe if you would help a customer that you see looking for an item it would be easy to put items back in the correct place. I’ve spent so much money here but never again will I walk foot back on this location. Very unprofessional and sad thing is not a lot of people was in the store.

Trust nothing staff states. Called the store prior to wasting time etc on the drive over due to only having the purchase on bank records and not the physical receipt. Was advice no problem and to come on out. Arrived to be told store credit only and only half the price I paid. Now mind you I have the account that stores your purchases the cashier did not enter it the day of sale. So I wasted my time trusting the call with staff was truthful. It was not nor was I taking half price store credit when I have the banking statement showing the purchase, date of sale etc. terrible customer service!!!

Shoe Carnival had been known for having BOGO half off sales.  I guess that is over.  All shoes had shopping mall prices with no sales.  Very disappointed.

this location smells absolutely rancid. like the entire store smelled like an unclean toilet and i actually wanna barf.

Mason Brothers Footwear & Apparel

Just moved here.  Found the boots I’ve been wanting for awhile since the boots I have now were depressing and wanted some new ones anyways since I started a welding job.   They didn’t have my size. The Danville location did.  I had no clue where the Danville location was so they were willing to get them sent there at the Lancaster location.  I was told it would be 2-3 days.  Waited those 2-3 days heard nothing.  Looked on Facebook to see if they were open on Labor Day didn’t see anything so called them and went to the store they were closed.  So I just went and bought different boots.

Staff is very nice and so is the store.  Good selection of shoes

I am very impressed with this business.  I purchased a pair of Chaco boots that were $60 less than the price I found them anywhere else. I ordered on Friday night, and Saturday they were on the way via USPS. They were delivered on Tuesday, and without expedited shipping. .I am very  pleased with the $160 pair of Chaco boots I got for $99 as well as the service.

Have bought several pairs over the years, recently moved out of state and they shipped to me in record time and same great service, will continue to shop here. Great prices and great service every time! Thanks again!!

Large amount of men's workwear boots, not much of a selection for women though. They do sell Hokkas, which is hard to find in the area.

Emily was very helpful getting my wife's shoes. They made us comfortable with our shopping experience, when I asked about the longevity of the insoles, Jacob showed me his and assured me on the quality of them. After walking around in the new insoles I'm glad I made that decision.

Jake did a very very well job of providing us a depth of knowledge on different shoes and helping us to find a right fit. The diagnostic foot scan/knowledgeable staff is the most critical thing that sets them apart from other shoe places. I’ve already ran/walked more in past two days then I have in past few years due to other cheap shoes from Amazon hurting my back and arches in my feet. 🏃‍♂️🎽👟

Don’t buy the oncloud shoes mine lasted me 3 months and they already have a hole on the side of them! Definitely not worth the 130-160 that I spend on these they didn’t even last

Excellent customer service.  Best customer service I've had in a shoe store, BY FAR, that I can ever remember.  I don't remember the name of the female associate who helped me, but she took the time to patiently measure my foot and help me try on several pairs of shoes before settling on the right one for me.  She treated me like I was the most important customer of her whole day.  I would highly recommend!

Earthly Concerns

I was looking to find the right size for bionic shoes. I found them with the help of one of the women there. I ended up buying a pair of Jambu because even without a wide size they fit me well and are very comfortable. The two women were so helpful and knee a lot about the various shoes they sell. I highly recommend this place if you want to invest in good shoes.

This has been my go to place for unique gifts for over a decade. It's one of those little local stores with kitschy items, but not "cheap" items, like you know whoever receives the gift will recognize that its a quality gift.  I've gotten nice frames and jewelry and then there's always some silly off the wall item you can throw in for fun.  Not only is the selection of merchandise always fresh and interesting, the customer service reps have really come through for me.  The girls there have been really helpful with finding the right items and even managed to convince me to use some of the bath and body stuff myself, as a guy I was skeptical but people noticed!  Guess I should have been moisturizing all along.

If you're looking for a pair of Birkenstocks, this is the place to go. Both sales associates were exceptionally attentive and helpful. When I want another pair, I'll be coming back!

If two employees are standing at the door talking to one another, it would be nice to be greeted by at least one of them. I walked in for ten seconds and departed. Neither asked me if I needed help (I DID). They didn’t acknowledge me. No eye contact. I didn’t feel valued so I left. I was there between 1pm - 3pm. It wasn’t busy.

Pretty good little spot with lots of different options for kids and adults I would definitely come back very soon. Dsw is a great brand all the way around

I get my shoes here. Employees are usually just hanging around and not working. Never been asked if I needed assistance. Not sure why I keep going now that I think about it.

The service at this store is appalling.  Some is related to the specific people, but some is related to store policies.  First, why is my birthday reward considered a coupon, which cannot be applied to a different order if you do a return or exchange for a different shoe?  Second, the pair of shoes I purchased initially rang up for 54 dollars.  The cashier ended up INCREASING the price to 95 dollars.  I have never heard of this happening.  The clearance color suggested it was only 20 percent off, but it was apparently entered into the system differently.  They assumed the error was the system instead of considering that the error could have been the color of the sticker.  Regardless, when there is an error in favor of the customer, there is no change - that's the new price.  And they wasted my time working to charge me more!  Overall, the experience taught me that employees at DSW are unwilling to help.  You have to force them do anything extra.  Again, I expect this has as much to do with company policies/management as the individuals involved.  Disgraceful experience.  This is why I avoid going into the store...
