Terrible service I stood in line for 30 minutes. It was only 1 lady with her kids at the register trien to connect to h&m WiFi so she could get a coupon but IT WAS NOT WORKING. Other associates were ringing customers up then would hurry up & walk away. Then another associate rung somebody up & again was trien to connect them to h&m WiFi  which WAS NOT WORKING. I was literally second in line & watched 4 people get out before me. I will never come back here again. They literally acted like they did not see me standing in line.

Went in today with my two daughters when I say nobody spoke to us nobody spoke to us! Nobody acknowledged me and my children were there except one person who wasn’t even supposed to greet us. One girl  just kept staring at us and still didn’t ask if we needed help. As soon as an older couple walked in they spoke so I guess they assumed we didn’t have any money but I had more than enough in my purse. I asked my daughter do we look like we don’t have any money or something? Never will I go in to that store again I will purchase my items online and not with that company. They were profiling us and it’s not ok and you are supposed to speak to all customers not ones you “assume” have money. That literally made me upset wow!

Worst customer experience ever! Came here a month or so ago. Prior to my incident I had made an expensive purchase, I then realized I had gotten a wrong size and decided to exchange/return my purchase. Came in, my mother was accompanying me that day. An American young girl with many piercings on her face (employee) approached us upon on our arrival and offered to help. She seemed nice at first, I was wrong. My mother is a bit old of age so she has the habit of doing things a bit more slow. The employee was not being patient whatsoever, while my mother was trying to decide what item she wanted to exchange with, I could tell the employee was just over it. The employee was just rolling her eyes while my mother was deciding what she wanted. If you don't have patience you shouldn't have offered your help then. She then proceeds to check us out at the register with the most awful over it attitude. I was asking questions about the shoes and etc. and the employee started raising her voice while answering my questions. Not sure why she had a big attitude, but it indeed was a horrible experience.

Jorge was extremely friendly and helpful today. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I had called beforehand and Matthew had kindly put my shoes on hold. It was there waiting on me with no complications. Such great staff! 10/10 would recommend this location.

Great location in this mall with more shoe options than most Journeys stores have. Plenty of seats in the middle of the store to sit and rest or to try on shoes. They have a lot of shoes of different sizes in the back. Just ask the employees and they can help you out.

Scioto Shoe Mart

Have been buying my husbands safety work boots here for years and never had a problem with their service and products! The last pair of safety boots had a defect in them and which caused the stitching to fail! Contacted the store and they jumped into action, placed another pair on hold until we made it in store! Once we got there they switched out the defected pair for a new pair under their warranty! Great place, great range of shoes and super awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOP LOCAL

I always come from out of town to get my shoes here. You get one on one help. All store associates are always friendly and very helpful.

I went in after work one day took off my boots and put new slides on and it had already gotten cold I only did this for ease of trying on shoes but I think I gave them the impression that I was broke because it felt like pulling teeth to get help and the help I got didn't want to help so I left

Orleans Shoe Co.

Hello, everyone am Wes, the sales associate with all the fantastic Google reviews. I am sorry to say I no longer work for the Orleans Shoe Co. I decided to completely change my life around. I stopped using and started N/A. Any that knows someone making that decision, is the hardest decision a person can make in their lifetime. We often have mood swings, very emotional, and sensitive!!! The Managers over all the stores and owners are completely showing any lack of compassion, and understanding. Nor do they care!!! If I ever helped you with a shoe, please for my sake do not shop at this establishment. Because you know who the real Wes is!!! Order your shoes directly from the manufacturer, and mostly save a few bucks. I had a love for this company until they showed me exactly what they stand for all Mighty Dollar. I never was a person who wasn’t polite & respectful to each of you. Shame on you Orleans Shoe Co.

Visited the store in the French Quarter today. We frequent that one pretty regularly and have always had great service. Today we met Austin who was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and did and assessment on us. We left with great feeling shoes. I returned later with my son who has disabilities because I have had trouble finding shoes for him. I cannot say enough about how awesome Austin was with me and my son. His compassion and comfort level was touching. He is one special guy. Unfortunately we were not able to fit my son. Wish there were more options for wide feet. Austin tried everything. Thanks Austin, it was a pleasure meeting you. You made our day. I hope you know you are an exceptional man.

Friendly and knowledgeable sales-people. I don't have a lot of time to shop so I appreciate that I can come in, get exactly what I need, and be on my way. Easier and frankly faster than Amazon, and feels better too because you're supporting local business. Jared is the best! You don't even need a car. They are directly on the greenway and street car line. No reason no to shop there if you're buying the brands they carry.

Stopped into this store while walking in the French Quarter 7/15/23. We had a sandal blow out and needed a new pair of walking shoes. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by all three employees (Wes, Chris & Eric) and then given space and time to peruse. I was not in the market for shoes, but my girlfriend and I both walked out with a pair. Chris and Wes both took care of us. They were super patient as well as very knowledgeable on their products. I ran into Wes the next day in the Quarter and they remembered me and asked how my feet were feeling! We ended up getting a pair of Hokas and a pair of Keens. Lovely store. Great products. Comparable prices. Amazing staff. Would recommend 10/10.

Came looking for winter wool slippers and Amber and Orleans Shoe did not disappoint! Amber found me a comfy perfect-fitting pair on the first try. Love the selection and service here! I will be back!

Macomb Mall

Customer service from the employees was welcoming. They were all helpful with any question and had a prompt answer. This was our first time here, and I really enjoyed our time there! The birthday girl turned 2 and she had so much fun! What a great idea for this company. Good time, good VIBES.

Mall has been updated. Almost like the old days with Sears, Crowley's and Kresgee's , Orange Julius and Hot Sam's pretzels. Many new stores making it worth your wild to visit your old friend called Macomb Mall.

Took my granddaughter shopping on our day out together, and we had a blast! We found everything she wanted.  I haven't been to this mall in many years, all the stores have changed but it still looks great! I grew up going to this mall, and I'm glad it's still in good shape.

Cinnabon here ROCKS! Spencer's & Hot Topic also have awesome stuff. Mall was lively, but not crowded. Suprisingly very nice atmosphere here.

Excellent selection of high quality stylish shoes.  The sales person was helpful and patient and we went through multiple options.  The shoes we chose ended up being super comfy and seem to be very durable.

This is the best shoe store in NOLA! The associate that was helping me was very knowledgeable about all the shoe brands, models, styles, and which ones would best conform to my foot. I ended up settling on a brand that I haven’t tried before that provides more comfort, support, and relief than anything I’ve ever worn. Management is good to their employees and knows how to run the business.

The staff was amazing and truly went above and beyond.  Bought 2 new pair of running shoes and I was only looking for 1 new pair.  New pair of Hoka and ON’s… Will be back to pick up one last pair of others before heading back to 🇨🇦 💯👌🏽‼️

Loved this shoe store!! All they carry is really comfortable shoes in lots of different options. We needed this walking the streets of NOLA for sure.  If you go in make sure to ask for Wes as he's awesome!! So helpful and went out of his way to get us both in great shoes in the proper sizes.   Will definitely get shoes from there again on our next trip!

These are good people. I enjoyed the conversation and appreciated the customer service- tried on 6 pairs until findingmy next pair. Folks here are genuine & real & interested in helping you have happy feet.  Plus I got the skinny on the best breakfast place in NOLO. Outstanding customer service!  Excellent variety of shoes and sizes, especially for wide feet.  I had questions and used their chat feature, and it was a live person!  Not a frustrating automated chat.  I found exactly what I was looking for (NB doesn't carry them anymore) and their checkout process was fast and easy.  Highly recommend!

Super service! I was immediately welcome entering the front door I had called previously because today is Labor Day, and they had hours open. The attention to detail and listening to my concerns I really help me make the best decision for my shoes. I will definitely be back.

So many style options!! I needed waterproof running/hiking shoes for an upcoming trip and they have it all! The lady who helped me (I hate I didn’t ask her name 🫠) is knowledgeable of their inventory and so patient. The prices were comparable to Dick’s.

Had such an amazing experience! Clarissa was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. She made shoe recommendations from the step impression she took of both my feet! She recommended a shoe design for my high arches that felt like walking on air! Def would recommend 10 out of 10

Went in to get a new pair of work boots. Austin helped me find the right size of Solovairs and offered other options as well for my particular job. Will be back in the future for any other shoe purchases and will definitely request for Austin.

Target

Employees are so rude and I just had a horrible experience. Price matching is one of the reasons I love Target, and they immediately denied it. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, I love target but I would 10000000% rather do self checkout or never go to that store again. I left the store feeling horrible bc of how I was treated.

First time in a target store, the store was clean the works are nice I'll be going back.

Great store with tons of merchandise. We went for some birthday gifts but found they had a few different bags of frozen veggies for .95 and .99 cents.

Tradehome Shoes

Nick was amazing! I went in to find a good, supportive pair of shoes for myself and ended up leaving with 5 pairs for myself and my family. Nick helped all four of us and was super good with my four-year-old daughter that wanted "20 shoes to try on."  Would definitely come up here again from Salt Lake just to work with Nick again!

I have a friend that works there. I was there to give him a ride after he got off. I decided to get 2 pairs of shoes. With only 20-30 min left of the shift when Abe told me I couldnt be in the store whatsoever. Usually like alright fine but I've seen him bring girls into the back and have them stay back there. But I can't just chill till the end of the shift inside?? Terrible management in my opinion

Just had a great experience at Tradehome Shoes! The new manager (Matt) was incredibly helpful and made sure I was happy with whatever decision I made there (no weird pressure to make but something I didn't want). Will absolutely go back with my wife for more shoes.

Went in the store as I saw some On running shoes I liked and was in need of new ones. Once in the store I was immediately greeted by a friendly saleswoman by the name of Bree (Apologies if I did not spell that correctly). She asked a few questions to get a conversation going and returned with a few options to try on. While trying these shoes on I was greeted by the store manager Kyle, who went out of his way to make sure I didn't have any other questions. I've been buying shoes the wrong way. I'm so used to going in a store and rummaging around through shelves of boxes hoping someone will eventually show up so I can see if they have the size I need somewhere in the back. I walked in to this Tradehome (which is the first and only time I have ever been in one) and received first class treatment at the very beginning from an employee who was genuinely pleasant and was interested in helping a clueless customer. The experience I had at this store is why Tradehome will be my first stop from now on. Found exactly what I wanted and didn't have to wait around. Thank you!

Was recommended to us to try Hoka shoes from trade home for gym shoes. Never even knew of that store or that brand of shoe. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had already bought a pair of Nikes elsewhere but he told me to compare. I ended up getting the hoka’s. And my hubby got a pair. Would totally recommend the shoes and the store. ❤️
