Steven is amazing. At 43 years old I went camping for the first time in 18 years this last weekend. Sleeping in a tent, the ground got the better of me. In 45 minutes Steven was not only able to get me walking upright again but also got some very deep knots that have been building from the stresses of divorce. 10/10 would recommend. Providence Anchorage Family Medicine Center

Worst care I have ever received in my life. Please save yourself now. I’m pregnant and I had 5 different doctors. All residents never could seem to see a graduated experienced doctor. Couldn’t get them to order necessary tests. Suffering.

No one answers the phone or return your phone calls. I had to go in, in person to schedule my daughter’s appt. & they stated that the doctor will call me. Here we are, a whole week later and I’m still waiting smh.

I visited Providence for my first annual physical with them in August. While the visit itself was acceptable, Billing has been an absolute nightmare to the point that I will never seek care from Providence again.

In short: a miscoded claim, acknowledgment that the claim was miscoded followed by a refutation that the claim was miscoded with no explanation, a coordination of benefits, my insurance claiming they already sent a check for the full amount and Providence claiming they never got it, three joint calls between Providence and my insurance who *both* repeatedly assured me that I owed nothing and that this shouldn't be my problem, and the same exorbitant $566 bill every single time afterwards thanks to Providence's incompetence.

Don't visit unless you derive some masochistic pleasure spending hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue that everyone but the person actually sending the bills agrees isn't your problem. If this is the nightmare they put patients through for mere annual physicals, I don't want to know what they do for anyone with critical healthcare needs. Absolutely horrible.

UPDATE 8/5/2023: Still fighting it a year later. I don't know how many calls I've made at this point. Providence sent me to collections with no prior communication despite saying they put a hold on it while they recoded the bill. Premera has been useless in mediating. Next to no communication has happened between me and either party (and seemingly no communication between Providence and Premera) unless I go after them myself, which I have only ever been told - repeatedly - that I should not have to do. Do not go here. Ever.

It's almost impossible to get an appointment. I sat on hold for 45 mins and was transferred to an answering service that is unable and unwilling to assist with my issue.

I’m never one to complain ever or leave bad reviews and I’ve been seen here for years and have been taking my kids here too until that one sweet day.
My 8th child of 9 was seen here for a check up with a doctor that I was seeing throughout my pregnancies with her.
I want to just say that in my past, I have made a lot of wrong decisions and well, I was honest and straightforward with my doctors with what’s happened to me and with what I went through.
I made a complete 360 on my life and am proud to say that I have accomplished so much and am redeemed and recovered!
I shared all of this information, entrusting it to my team and what do I get?
I miss one appointment for my daughter due to a family emergency and my doctor, at the time, had the nerve to report me to Office of Children and Family Services!
Never have I ever felt so judged and misunderstood in my life! I tried to call for appointments to see this specific doctor again to confront her about this but, I was asked to be seen by another every time.
I will never be going here ever again and have made sure that my extended families here in Anchorage don’t either. Sorry, but not sorry. The staff were always just amazing to my family and I throughout the years until that one bad apple ruined it for us all.

CEAC is a medical center where three specialties are provided: Dr. Bruno Miana Caiafa, angiologist and endovascular specialist; Dr. Poliana Genaro, who works with medicine and beauty and also Dr. Daniela Favalli, Dental Surgeon specializing in Bach flower remedies and bruxism. The clinic is a harmonious place, with very tasteful decor, quality ambient music, a coffee accompanied by a biscuit or chocolate... it escapes the concepts of old clinics... It is well located, has its own private parking. In addition to the specialized service, from the first contact over the phone, the clinic reception serves us with great politeness.

I changed the kitchen and it was SUPER FATAL. They didn't do the work I paid for, I went to change the cabinet again, thinking it had gotten mixed up. And he did the same to me, and I already put a complaint form on them. And the day I go to make said claim, I find that the same thing happened to someone else. The truth is, the treatment they do is TERRIBLE.

The best group of professionals I have ever met, and better people. They go to great detail... Except when you ask them for a skewer and a cane to check the good result of the work done... there, for whatever, they ignore you.

A few months ago I had several implants, and the truth is, I am very happy. The staff, in addition to being professionals, are very pleasant.

On the night before the day when I had planned to leave A Coruna, a recently just installed ( by another dentist ) temporary crown broke while I was eating.

Imagine my shock!  Did I have to cancel my trip?

Googling "English speaking dentist A Coruna" resulted in several links, including one to CML. I liked what I read in the description but it was 19:35 and they close at 20:00.

I called anyway. Dra Carolina agreed in perfect English to wait for me to help me out even though it was closing time and she has a long way home.

As soon as I arrived I knew I had made the right choice...reception and office ambiance, clean, bright, professional.

Dra Carolina fixed the problem for me painlessly, quickly, at a reasonable price. I am happy with my experience at CML and would trust them with any kind of dental issue.

I decided to put myself in the hands of these professionals after considering several options in Coruña.
After finishing my orthodontic treatment I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the decision made.
The clinic is fully conditioned and clean, and the girls who work there accompany you throughout the treatment, solving any type of doubt you may have.
In short, a highly recommended clinic to take care of your oral health.

The treatment had more complications than what they mentioned, but hey, it can happen. What is not normal is that regardless of the day you go and what they have to make you wait between 40 minutes and an hour. They are not particularly good, they are not especially cheap and they are excessively unpunctual. I do not recommend it

I would definitely recommend the clinic for its impeccable treatment. They explain step by step and take great care. They make the visit to the dentist not a torture like in most of them.

I went to get two fillings done, and because I know where they are, otherwise they wouldn't even be noticeable. Excellent treatment. Good ubication. Another day I took my two children and they were delighted with the treatment and the clinic, they have a dentist specialized in children who is very helpful with them (it is appreciated, with the fear that children usually have of the dentist).

I was unlucky enough to fall into this clinic. I went because I had an inflamed tooth, and to have a first date. First of all, the patient's chair was dirty and full of blood, without anyone having cleaned it. Secondly, Dr. Iria was late. She referred me to an exclusive endodontist, who told me what the next step would be (do a ct). Later I contacted Dr. Iria again, and she told me that the endodontist was thinking about what steps should be taken to solve my problem. Again I talk to the endodontist and it turns out that it was a lie, that they simply had not been able to talk about my case (despite the urgency of my case). Once they spoke, one of the receptionists at this clinic calls me, instead of the doctor calling me directly to inform me. Said receptionist had no idea what she was explaining to me. Even so, I gave them a chance, and once a CT was done for my tooth, to find out if it could be saved, I had no news for many days, and I had to insist several times. When they finally called me, it was once again one of the receptionists, and not the doctor, as would have been normal. To my surprise, the receptionist gave me an appointment directly to place an implant (before making an appointment to extract the tooth, and without knowing how my bone was). This again reflects malpractice, since if you extract an inflamed tooth, it is normal to wait several weeks until you get an implant. Older people don't talk to their periodontist, since they were recently divorced, which puts any patient in a difficult situation. When I told the doctor what I thought, she did not give me a single explanation for these facts, and she had a totally passive attitude. I consider these facts a total lack of professionalism. The clinic is also very expensive, and without analyzing a case in depth, they already give you an estimate. For all these reasons, I do not recommend it. About the aesthetic treatment that he wanted to do, I asked him several questions that he never answered. They recommended this clinic to us and I have gone with my wife and child.
My wife had a cleaning done and it has nothing to do with any previous cleaning, the time they dedicate and the care is much greater.
I was quite worried with the child because if he gets scared now..... The fact is that a tooth was coming out without the previous one falling out, so we went to have it looked at. They did two reviews in which they did not charge us anything. It turned out to have an extra tooth. In the first one they decided to wait to see how it evolved in case it was not necessary to intervene. In the second they saw that it could dislodge the other teeth and we decided that it was best to remove it so that it would not dislodge the rest of the teeth. When they gave him anesthesia they told him that they would put some ants to help remove the tooth and the truth is that everything went wonderfully and he came out delighted with his tooth for the Tooth Fairy...
I think that in all of this it also helps to enter and not see a normal waiting room where the children might already get nervous, it was like being in a cafeteria and with toys to entertain us.
In terms of prices, I have seen it similar to other clinics. The cleaning was more, but for the time they spent it seems proportionate to me.

Adeslas Salud

The receptionists are rude and unhelpful.  You always have to wait a long time, even if you have an appointment and the building is small and cramped and feels like a prison. The doctors know less than I do and sometimes give you the wrong medication. Don't use Adeslas!!! Mapfre is much better.

Bad very bad. I request a trauma consultation from the specialist who is treating me for an ailment. During that period, another ailment appeared and I consulted that same specialist during a consultation for the first ailment. He orders me to do an MRI. The day I am scheduled to do that MRI, I already make an appointment with that same specialist. When I get to the counter to make an appointment, they tell me that they cannot give me an appointment before January 10th. Call me by phone after a few days.
That same day, I filed a claim with Adeslas. I'm still waiting for the insurance company's response.
I already have the MRI done, but I will have to go to another doctor. We are talking about a herniated disc, confirmed in the radiological study.
Trying to talk to this center on the phone is useless. In the end you go to a teleoperator, who recognizes that he can't do anything.

The telephone service is terrible, I really don't know why it costs so much to hire qualified personnel. They are stupid or they don't know anything. The facilities are good, but they need staff to provide a suitable welcome.
