I wanted to have a stress test and called yesterday (03/12/19) afternoon to find out. The girl who helped me was not very eager and did not explain anything to me. He told me the price and gave me a somewhat curt answer. Of course I'm not going to go here or recommend it. At the Quirón de Egia hospital they have been very kind and the price is lower.

Very good treatment from Dr. Juan Jesús Doxandabaratz. I went for a general check-up and in my opinion it was carried out very completely and in a highly professional manner.

Finally pain free! After a bad experience at a dentist in the U.K. and because I am traveling, I had to go to a dentist in San Sebastián, Spain. I got recommended this one! And it's great! I got three appointments (a root canal had to be done) within only two days! They did a great job!

My experience has been excellent, modern facilities, optimal care and professionalism in the treatment. This clinic and its professionals are recommended.

Disastrous experience with Dentika Donostia.
They continually call you to change your appointment in the best of cases. On other occasions they do not mention the day of your appointment and when you show up at the establishment, they do not know why you are coming.
Endless waits to be attended to.
I don't recommend it at all. At least I'm not coming back.

I visited the clinic for an urgent treatment for my gum during my travel on a Saturday. I’m so glad I found a clinic that is open on weekend and the clinic members were very welcoming even I do not speak any Spanish, they made me feel I was in safe hands. They gave me the right medicine to help with my situation and continue following up with me even when I return to my home country. They also recommended me a suitable doctor in my home city. Really wonderful service and professional attention that I highly recommend!

The team at Maat helped me in my moment of need after I had been suffering from a severe toothache while on holiday in San Sebastián. Despite it being the weekend, they were able to give me an emergency appointment within an hour after calling them. The care I received from them could not have been any better, and I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for me. Within days, I was in much less pain, and they even followed up after my appointment over text.

From the moment you enter the clinic, you can tell that they put so much thought in every little detail - the beautiful decor, the plants, the music, the lighting, even the mouth wash they give you (which tasted delicious!) all create the most calming and wonderful patient experience. They are extremely kind, personable and really care about their patients. Luis has even gone through the trouble to resend me the invoice in English so I could submit my claim to my dental insurer in the UK.

Super professional and kind. They helped my husband with his problem in the best fashion possible.

An unusual dental clinic in which, apart from the excellent professionalism of all its components, technology and art are combined for the enjoyment of patients. He seems like a role model to me. The interior architecture draws attention to the undulating shape of its walls, which reminds me of the waves of the sea. Congratulations for giving such artistic prominence to this health and well-being space.

I went to the clinic to have my dental hygiene done and, truly, an experience of 10. In other clinics, when I had the same "treatment" it was quick, crying from the pain... almost botched. In this case, the professional who did it for me was lovely. The cleaning was totally bearable, I did not have to interrupt at any time because I did not feel any discomfort, very attentive at all times, she explained curiosities as well as giving advice on cleaning... Afterwards they did a check-up, apart from films and x-rays, and the lovely dentist too. Also, due to a food intolerance, many toothpastes are not recommended, and they gave me a couple of sorbitol-free samples to try. All this together with a clean, orderly clinic... Highly recommended!

IVANCE - La Estética de San Sebastián

A horrible experience, I only had to do a couple of touch-ups from previous operations, both were worse than they were. On my nose I only had to remove a lump from the tip, without touching the bone, I had an infection that lasted two years, when I claimed it, I went to social security. He ignored the topic and me. He didn't even change the prostheses on my chest, I don't know what he did to make it look worse, he didn't want to take charge of fixing it either. Of course, it cost me as if I had gotten new prostheses. In short, two very expensive cosmetic botches, and a very unprofessional Dr, who the only thing he cares about about the patient is his money.

Exquisite treatment by all the staff. I have had a rhinoplasty and the results have been exactly what I asked for from Dr Alcelay. The Dr is charming and very professional. 100% recommended.

Unpresentable! patient for years, concert appointment for another matter and they tell me that I haven't been there for 2 years (thank goodness, right??) they have to charge me as a first appointment but that they do me the favor of giving me a discount and instead of 160 € (a 60% increase in 5 years on the fee for the first visit!!) they charge me €100 (100% increase on the fee for follow-up visits).
What has been said, some scoundrels, also they do not notify you in advance of the increases or new rates, no, they tell you when they charge you. And all for a 4 min consultation and after having waited 50 minutes for my appointment time!!
A piece of advice to people who are considering going to Dermagune... DON'T GO!!! Look for another more honest assistance and with orientation to the service and the patient and not to fill your pocket!!!!

Centro Médico Los Tilos

It seemed like a 10 to me in everything. Human treatment comes first, especially Dr. Montilla. He took his time to explain point by point each test performed and the results of the analysis. Very close. Everything was very fast, when it came to making an appointment, when it was time to do it and to give the results.

This center should improve both administration and the way analytics are managed. Unfortunately, for health reasons I have to go every month for both consultations and blood tests and the queue is always endless. Is waiting an average of 30 minutes to perform a simple urine culture normal? Or is it normal to have to wait in a 20 minute queue to swipe the card? I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but I always have to wait a lot. People do not go to the doctor out of pleasure but out of necessity and the owner of the center, Mr. Sonlleva, should improve this point. The specialists are good, but the management of the center and the eternal waits to swipe the card or leave a sample are endless. I think we have to learn from constructive criticism, which is exactly what this is.

Appointment for resonance 7:15 p.m., we arrived at 6:50 p.m. on time, until 7:10 p.m. waiting in line to inform us that we have arrived, they tell us that they are half an hour late. At 9:13 p.m. the resonance begins. A shame.

Clínica Dental Milenium Segovia - Sanitas

Terrible treatment, I went to the emergency room and they told me that they could see me in 5 minutes that they finished with a patient. I've been there for more than an hour and it's happening as it suits them. I ask and that now they treat me dead in pain. Tampico, they give you a solution because they refer you to another day. I have had many treatments at the Sanitas clinic and neither the treatment nor the lack of professionalism of this clinic comes close to the other Sanitas clinics. I ask Sanitas to look at it and review it.

They do not attend emergencies. I called on a Friday afternoon (it wasn't closing time at all) to see if they could see me for a fall that had affected my teeth and they told me that nothing would happen until Monday...I went to another dental clinic and They saw me without a problem.

The staff is very friendly, I am undergoing orthodontic treatment which has had a very serious excess of time and medical negligence on the part of the professionals and that failure they ask that I assume the cost a very bad image on the part of the clinic without being Responsible for their actions.

They have taken away 4 sessions of the 20 that the traumatologist gave us. We had several problems and we warned in advance several days before when we were not going to be able to attend... and we found that in the end the sessions were taken away from us. I spoke with Fernando and told him that we wanted them to give us those appointments and in addition to being a pain, we are still waiting for the appointments. It is the only physiotherapy clinic where they take away your sessions, although they will surely have charged for them... A shame. .

My husband spent a long time in treatment at this clinic. According to his experience, the professionals (María and Alberto) are exceptional and very attentive physios. However, the owner of the clinic (Fernando) usually removes sessions from those scheduled by the traumatologist when he cannot. You can attend an appointment even if it is for work reasons and with adequate advance notice. Also in winter my husband came home sick because the cold in the place was horrible, he took a photo of the thermometer and it was 11 degrees and he informed the health department.
