I had surgery for a torn ACL and meniscus a little over two months ago and I couldn't have had a better experience! My knee is phenomenal and very stable. The recovery has been much faster than I expected. The scars from the operation are practically non-existent and I have no pain in my knee. In terms of treatment, Doctor Cuéllar and Coro are charming. Very professional and absolutely recommended.

You attended me at 3:55 p.m. when you officially started at 4:00 p.m. (I obeyed the hours you quoted me). And the one who regrets having fallen into your hands is me... Believe me every day... The pain is unbearable.

I am forced to delete my review to refute the slander poured out on me by Ricardo Cuellar.
Point No. 1: I showed up at all the consultations Koro told me to and at the time she told me.
Point No. 2: the release of the sciatic nerve consisted of sectioning the lesser trochanter. Your son Adrián, whom I didn't know at all (reportable), sectioned me with a hammer, leaving it practically as it was at the beginning. In fact, I heard the Anesthetist say that "You didn't know what you were going to do with me." That is why the result of the intervention has been unwanted.
Consequences of surgery:
1. Bone edemas (In Nuclear Medicine they did two tests on suspicion of bone infection).
2. Rupture of the psoas whose retraction is greater in each resonance that they do to me.
3. And hamstring rupture, which they have to intervene again without giving me guarantees.
Point No. 3: you never asked me for any postoperative test. I was forced to go to another Traumatologist to see the extent of my injuries. And your answer was that "What did you do the tests for me if everything was a bruise..."
Later I underwent surgery on the other hip for the same diagnosis, but this time by another Traumatologist, obtaining the desired results.
What dignifies a professional are qualities such as honesty, modesty, empathy, humility, closeness and singing the mea culpa.

I have been there on several occasions, they have always treated me very well and have shown empathy, they are true professionals who know what they are doing. Whenever an acquaintance has a problem I recommend them and they always meet expectations.

I visited this center for the first time a few days ago and received very good attention from both Dr. Lekuona and the professionals who treated me in reception and radiodiagnosis.
Dr Lekuona, very attentive to the information I gave her, explained everything to me in great detail, which gave me peace of mind. Very friendly and delicate treatment, as I believe befits a professional in this specialty. I will return next year.
At reception they graciously offered me a solution to the problem I had.
Very happy with my visit, I now have one more center for my medical consultations.

Months ago they ordered me to do a lactulose test, they called me in at 7 in the morning, I got there and they told me that they were confused and that they were not going to do the test that day... So far everything is correct, everything the world can make mistakes.

Next, I have pain and I make an appointment with a specialist, the appointment is not given from one day to the next, that goes ahead, after waiting a week... The day I arrive I enter the waiting room and I am there for 40 minutes . Nobody calls me, I go to the reception and they tell me that they forgot to tell us that the specialist couldn't come that day.... They make an appointment for me for the following week.

The following week, they called me a day before to cancel the appointment. To all this with pain. We pay for private insurance and they treat us worse than in public health. But what is this? Coincidence? Honestly, pretty desperate and disappointed.

Our experience in this Medical Center is regrettable.
Our 57-year-old mother went to this center on January 13, with severe headaches, double vision, vomiting and difficulty breathing. Doctor Lasa Imaz treated her. This well-to-do person, without motivation in his profession and who practices in a white coat who cannot be called a Doctor, has no interest in trying to help patients who come to his office in a serious condition, as was the case of our mother. . The only concern he had in the consultation was not to analyze the patient's condition to achieve a treatment with which she could improve her state of health, but rather her only concern throughout the consultation was that she had the mask on properly, and I repeat being a person with difficulty breathing. This shows a great lack of empathy and humanity.
Due to the severe, disabling headache that I had had since the beginning of December, I had been to the emergency room on numerous occasions due to the pain and had been prescribed medication for it, but since it did not relieve it and as it became more intense every day, the recommendation of the doctors who treated us, It was that a neurologist had to evaluate him and the appointment with “Doctor” Lasa Imaz was urgent. At no time did he worry about finding out where and why those severe pains came from that did not even allow him to rest, and that no medication he took relieved him. As a doctor, you should know that today the only test that diagnoses a serious complication in the head is an MRI. He ended up prescribing him a simple Lyrica, which is a medication that does not start to work until 15 days after taking it and which obviously did not help him at all.
Finally, our mother was admitted to Osakidetza at the San Sebastián Hospital, where she underwent an MRI that diagnosed Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis. Unfortunately, on February 9, our mother died with meningeal cancer at the age of 57.
People like this "Doctor" who do not make one feel that there is a genuine interest in the well-being of their patients, should not practice medicine, much less in a paid medical center such as IMQ. Given experience, I would not recommend this center for any type of emergency.

Appointment with the correct doctor without any type of muscle examination other than visual and tactile. He recommends 4 sessions of postural correction and physiotherapy at the center itself.

At reception they tell me that they will call in 15 days and I have been waiting for more than 1 month with no hope that they will call me.

Non-existent patient follow-up, as well as concern for the patient.

I don't know if I'll be back but I don't feel like going here anymore.

It was probably one of my strangest experiences with a doctor's appointment. One expects that a dermatologist will at least look at your skin, examine the basics and then prescribe something or make some recommendation, beyond checking that everything is fine.

Well, I stayed in the room for exactly 4 minutes. He didn't come close at any time, he didn't look at the skin on my face or body. He showed very little interest in everything I talked about and I left there without having any maintenance/health consultation, without knowing if any mole had grown, without knowing if I had to do any exam to check for possibilities of illness, nothing...

After a year with an appointment scheduled, I postponed the appointment to undergo treatment because it was not compatible with pregnancy. When I arrived at the consultation to finally have the intervention, they told me that they no longer worked with my insurance. They did not notify me of this in advance so I made the trip in vain. A detail that I consider very ugly. I will try another dermatologist. The insurance is Asisa. Keep this in mind if you have this insurance because it is possible that they will not call you to notify you and you will find out in the consultation itself.

Came for a COVID-19 Test (safe to fly) which took an hour to for my data to be entered into the system (after it had already been entered via the site registration) and then almost another hour for the test. Really poor and inefficient system.

Please don't use this covid test provider - it printed the wrong name on my covid test certificate, which will cause complications at airport customs

Well, the two stars are for those who work in rehabilitation, they do have dedication and care for the patients.

Now, the consultations I had to endure with the doctor there, surely one of the worst experiences of my life.

I spent three times with her and every time she treated me like I was a number and not a person. It cut me off when I tried to talk or explain the pain and show where I was. Extremely arrogant, with zero interest in treating the problem or knowing what is wrong with the patient. Everything a doctor should have in terms of professional conduct, empathy, knowledge and etc., she has on the contrary. A shame!
