Red Wing - Minot, ND

This store is THE BEST !!! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful always . Recently had an issue with my boots . They quickly got the issue solved and I was on my way . Anytime I have a want or a need or basic information.  They have it all !! Not to mention my boots are very comfy for my 10+ hour work day. If you're in the need for excellent footwear do yourself a favor and go see them !!!

Its was a great experience. Shelly was extremely kind even with me arriving 20 min prior to closing. She help me with trying on different pairs of boots and walk me through the FIT experience.

I have purchased two pairs of redwing boots from this store. Both pairs over 300$ in price. Both of them lasted for slightly over one year and then wore out in the exact same spot. I don't know who's making redwing boots anymore but there quality has gone down substantially. Won't ever buy a pair of the boots again.

This is hand's down one of the best shows stores in town. He knows a lot about shoes and feet. I know when I'm buying shoes there I'm actually getting quality.

They have nice things there. Vary much variety of many things. I really don't like how they check out people. You can stand there and they open up another register. So I went there and she told me that I was not in lane. Where is the lane when everyone else is standing with me. It was so inappropriate. Cashier number 105852.

They have the stuff that no one else stocks. High-end pew parts, great archery line-up. The meat processing area is insane. The staff is knowledgeable and plenty of them. Oh, and it's dog friendly.

Discovered this store just recently and our family loves it. Well worth the drive for us to find things we like other stores near us don’t stock.

Pat and Hunter in the archery department were very helpful and knowledgeable with the equipment I had them perform work on. Even as they were very busy, they took the time to answer any questions I had. Very rare in this day and age. Very professional and courteous. I will be back for more purchases. Thank you

Shoe Carnival

Oh no, absolutely to hell with this place and the employees. Do not shop here, I'm contacting home office right after I finish this review. My son is 2 years old, we needed to get him some shoes so we came here and almost immediately found a pair he loved so much that he would cry is we took them, all good right? We go to check out and they're mismatched sizes, it happens, so they send a guy back to find a matching size. They don't have any. It happens. So the guy offers to sell us the mismatched pair at a discounted price and/or order the right size. My wife says he needs to get a pair today so we go back and look for another 45 minutes or so and he was dead set on the one pair. I don't mind spending a little extra to get the pair he wants so we decide we'll buy the mismatched pair and order the right ones. We give my son the mismatched pair back and go to checkout, when suddenly the guy backs out and says they actually can't sell them. So we have to take them from my son AGAIN, making him cry for the third time over these shoes all because the manager (I assume) changed his mind. What kind of company first screws up their products, then makes false promises to make up for it? Horrible. Only one employee was nice and apologetic, the guy checking us out up front. My entire family shops at this store, but I can assure you that I'll make sure none of them shop here again. Upset my son, upset my wife, wasted our time, horrible. Now to contact home office.

EDIT: It got WORSE. After contacting home office, we went about our weekend like normal. This morning (9/5/23) I find out that they cancelled the order for my son's shoes on Sunday (9/3/23) because the 'product wasn't available'. How are you going to place an order for a product that isn't available in the first place? Anyways, it's been 3 days now since they cancelled the order and they still haven't refunded our money. Do not shop here.

The woman with dreads was so hateful and rude. It was as if I was a inconvenience to her. Her answers to my questions was so hateful and so mean that the woman infant of me asked if I knew her and if we had a problem.. I don't know that woman. I will not shop here again

The manager has a very poor attitude and looked sloppy and unprofessional.  She didn't speak, but kept talking to her coworker.   I see exactly why the store was empty. Imagine mom of 6 and won't be returning.

The girl that works at the front with the glasses was so good to me! She was quick to help others and definitely needs a raise!!! She’s definitely a keeper!

Rack Room Shoes

What a great shoe place! Pretty heels, I like the ones with jewelry on them, so pretty. They also have a variety of other great shoes.

If I could give a -5, I would, that is how terrible the customer service was! I was there yesterday looking for shoes and I asked a sales associate to help me and she talked to me so hateful.  She told me in a very hateful, condescending tone that the shoes were arranged in a certain order AND THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME TO MESS UP A RE-DESIGNED STORE AND THEN SHE PULLED A SHOE BOX OFF THE SHELF AND SAID THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, TO ME, like I was an employee.  I will be calling the corporate office and making a complaint.  If she is the manager, I feel for the employees!!!

Stopped by to shop for some new shoes for work. Several staff members were huddled around the check out area, nobody offered to help. Shoe boxes littered the store. Couldn't find a place to sit and try on the shoes because the shoe boxes were there too. Left and went to Buckle, next door and got excellent customer service, unfortunately they didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size. But the difference in customer service and cleanliness was night and day.

I absolutely love shopping here. I purchase my entire family’s shoes from here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the store is always neat, organized, and clean. Most importantly, their deals and military discount is always a plus! Their prices are unbeatable!

Great location and amazing customer service, and we found just the right pair of shoes. However, they don't carry much of a variety when it comes to larger women's sizes.

Englin's Fine Footwear

Englin's has an incredible selection of footwear for all occasions. The staff is eager to help, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of my questions and tried on LOTS of shoes. In the end, I walked away with two pairs, and I am looking forward to wearing my new and insanely comfortable shoes!

First time buying from Englin's fine footwear. Andrew is the best. Professional in every way possible. Found several styles I really liked. He measured my feet, which I asked him to do so. He went above in bringing several styles for me to try. Talked about the shoes structure. Never rushed me . This is my go to place for dress and casual shoes.

Having visited many shoe stores over the Black Friday Shopping weekend, finding what we wanted was one of the goals. Englin's has a very wide selection of shoes to pick from. What was more pleasant than finding what we wanted was the helpful and kind staff at the store. Amy was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't have been happier with how well we were cared for during our purchase process. If you want to find what you want and be treated right, go to Englin's!

Went in to get some new shoes and left with 2 pairs. The salesperson was great, can't remember his name unfortunately,  maybe Will??? He was very helpful and so friendly.  I have shopped there since moving back to the area and have been very pleased. It's nice to feel at ease and not pressured to buy something.  Will definitely be back soon for some more new balance fresh foam 👟

Great quality and selection.  I visited the Lafayette store just before they closed, and the young gentleman working gave me full attention and customer service.  In and out in about 5 minutes, and he got the sale!

Target

I don't usually frequent Target, but I placed a pick up order that said would be ready with in two hours. What I loved was that there didn't seem to be a dollar requirement for free pick up, it was filled quickly, and the covered loading area was amazing!! The poor employee still had to walk in the rain from the store to the covered area, but I stayed dry. Lol. Regardless, it was a nice, easy experience!!

Went there to return an item that was soo large for my son. I went and got the new item first and was able to return and purchase the replacement all at the same time. The worker was so kind and greeted me with a smile. Always a positive experience going to Target!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to get some clothes, absolutely nothing was in my size. I wear a Medium so let's not go there. I am well aware the world doesn't revolve around me, so I know that is no reason to give a store 1 star. After checking out, I'd realized I'd left my keys in the buggy. I spoke with 3 employees and literally none wanted to help me. I spoke to 2 employees at the customer service desk, and 1 self check out worker. All said there was nothing they could do to help. Of course I didn't expect them to go search the store for them. But at least make an intercom announcement, take my name and number, something. Anything but look at me like I was crazy. Thank God an employee finally helped after 10 minutes.

The checkout lines get backed up, but i think that's just a Target "thing." Starbucks is SLOW. The store is always really clean and well stocked. The bathroom usually needs attention, but it stays pretty busy from what I can see. The folks at customer service are pretty quick about helping.

Ran in for a few things. Love my Target debit card, saves some money. There is a large variety of products in every department. Prices are reasonable and clothes are well made. The renovations are nice. The employees are friendly.

Austin's Shoes

Drove to this store Sept 3 after church and was told we are closing, like now.   The time was 2:45, how rude and independent can one get?   Obviously they have more business than they can handle, good for them.

Since in my 1st review the store tried to turn my review against me I will clarify better, when shopping at your store your staff were watching us like hawks ignoring other customers, making us feel weird. For the record we went home and ordered our shoes, the sale could had been yours.

Lovely staff, very knowledgeable and recommended shoes for someone on their feet running and a bad back.
And they are wonderful orange OC shoes. I would put a picture of them but I’ve already gotten them dirty.
So I guess I’ll have to go get a pair of Hokas to make me taller😂

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who were able to help point me in the right direction, and addressed any and all of the questions or concerns I had when it came to buying the correct shoes for me. I will absolutely be shopping with Austin's again in the future.

I don’t usually post reviews but I felt it was
Important to mention the experience I had w purchasing a scooter, repairs and customer service.

Evan was particularly patient in helping me
decide on the scooter that was right for
my husband. No pressure in taking my time w the purchase and very informative.
When we had problems w the batteries he went way beyond our expectations when
the tech for Pride was not able to get batteries to us in a timely fashion.
We went thru the process that was required w our purchase and when we contacted Evan about the service.
He took charge and communicated w Pride and their technician.
When it was evident new batteries were
not going to gotten and installed in a timely fashion,  Evan came to the rescue.
He recommended equivalent batteries.
I could not go out and make the purchase so he volunteered and picked up the batteries for us and drove out
that evening and installed the batteries.

When it comes time for a second purchase
I would return w my business.
I definitely recommend Independent Mobility.

You will not get the customer service you would expect, especially with medical supply store. Do not expect any respect- kindness, knowledge, insurance doesn't matter. Insurance has been helping me deal with people there for several months. Seemed good the first day I walked in and I'm surprised how bad it actually is there. Something that should've been ready after a few months has taken over a year and still don't have the whole thing. Doctors and insurance have been great. These people are not.

I have been working with Troy & Anna for several months now.  Anna is very responsive and helpful.  Troy is nothing short of a great person.  He always walks in with a smile, answers all of my questions, does great follow up, and is always on time.  You will be in good hands working with these two.  The company overall is easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone.

Wish I could give a -5. Company called to set up repair for daughter's powerchair. Was told they needed it for the day.  They came and picked it up on Wednesday morning. Chair was not back Wednesday night. So I called Thursday morning at 8:30am asking where it was. Was told it was still being worked on. I then asked for a rental since my daughter is bedridden and has no way around without this chair. I was told no rentals and they would call back later. By 2:00pm still no phone call back so I called and talk to a different lady told her it needs to be back by end of day since we are leaving by 8:00am Friday to go out of town. Lady stated she would talk to the first lady and let her know. No call till 4pm from lady one stating can't get it back today and the chair is still not fixed and that they were never told that it needed to be back by any certain day. I said "it needs to be home today and i want to talk to store manager." She put me on hold to get manager and she came back on phone asking what time we were leaving in the morning and i told her the time. She put me on hold and then said someone will come tonight after hours to drop it off unfixed. The manager never even came to the phone. That's pretty sad. This is not the first time we have had issues with this company. They like to sell products they no zero about.

We purchased a new scooter and the owner Evan was more than helpful, zero pressure. We got it home and noticed there was a spare key missing he apologized and offered to send us  one , we had to be in town the following week we said we would just pick it up at the store. We are very pleased with our purchase!

First time in the store and I can't believe I waited that long to visit. I need a good pair of On Cloud shoes and needed some help bc I was completely lost. The very sweet and knowledgeable worker Nae, was more than happy to assist me. Was so patient and gave me her best recommendations. Good Customer service is hard to find these days and being District Sales Manager, it was very much appreciated. Thank you so much Nae.

OMG.... I was very pleased with the customer service. The young lady that helped us was patient and polite.  She took her time, she smiled, and was very friendly.  The quality of the merchandise is worth the money! I don't live in the Delta anymore, but I'd definitely make the drive from Memphis to Greenwood.

Rented my husband's suit for our daughters wedding here. The employee was a young lady who was polite and measured him for his tux. We later came to pick it up and it was exactly as I had imagined, and fit beautifully. He was so handsome for the wedding! Highly recommend!
