Tradehome Shoes

I had 2 great experiences at the Bloomington store. I am looking for the right walking shoe. My first trip I must have tried 8 shoes. Found a pair and ordered online to get the color I wanted. After just a few hours wearing them, I decided to take them back. They were too snug.  Lori(ASM) helped me through the return and made it so easy. This time, I tried a dozen shoes. Athletic shoes and sandals. She was also assisting others the whole time. She was patient and full of knowledge. Although,  I left without shoes, I left knowing more about what I need. I’m going to the Indy store to try options that weren’t at the Bloomington store to try on. Thank you Lori. You’re a super star!!!

This Target 🎯 store has great floor staff that were working around shopper's and assisting with questions. They're young but on the ball helping shopper's. I will be back!

Typical Target store. Staff talking to each other rather than opening another check out lane was frustrating. Clean, well stocked location.

Have most anything you might be looking for. Like any other department store. From some groceries to furniture and small appliances.

SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet

Super nice store to shop in. Staff was helpful, without hovering, which was nice. I have to try shoes on, just can't order online like some people. I got a nice comfy pair of shoes. The prices are a bit high, especially on discount items. Still a nice experience.

Knowledgable, friendly staff. My husband has a very wide foot and the slippers he wanted didn't come in a wide so the gentleman working told my husband to try on a larger one and it fit perfect. They have a large selection and the clearance section is amazing. I recommend this store and we will return.

This store is nicely set up and has all the shoes you could think of. It also has clothes as well and the customer service was awesome. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend!

The tennis shoe selection is great! Employees are friendly if not readily available to assist. The store would benefit from a long reaching shoe hook to make it easier for associates to bring down high shelved boxes, and I wish the try-on benches had mirrors on both ends and wish seating was available to help less mobile clientele get up and down from trying on shoes (maybe some chairs with side arms).

Really disappointed. It’s sad with how new the store is the staff already don’t like their job. It’s was my first visit with my family along and we were not greeted or felt welcomed. Spent an hour there. Was kinda confused since a lot of shoes felt triple exposed in diffent sections so wasn’t completely sure if we were in right place to find our needs as far as fits. Two women stood behind cash wrap the whole time gossiping amongst their selves.
I witnessed some senior customers as well trying to find shoes that we not being helped or assisted. I watched people leave with no interaction.
Unfortunately we left due to confusion and lack of customer service. Prices felt high as well for a foam glued shoe that would fall apart in less than a year with normal wear. But maybe I’m wrong, but wouldn’t know since staff wasn’t there to educate the customer.
Will not be returning. Wouldn’t be surprised to find another store there in a year.

Champs Sports

Bought a pair of $200 Nike basketball shoes.  Pulled on the laces the first time on the court.  Eyelets on the shoes pulled out.  Store MGR said no returns or refunds without a paper receipt.  They refused to look up our credit card purchase.  I don't care if we have the receipt or not.  A store that sells $200 basketball shoes should stand behind those shoes!!!!  Not even store credit?? They said all we could do is call Nike. Any other retailer in Billings would have stood behind this sale.  Please buy from any other store..... NOT Champs!

Update:  After posting this review,  Champs honored the shoe purchase and replaced them with a new pair.  Would have been a positive review had they done that in the first place.

Good place to go, friendly staff. Just couldn't find anything to please my teenager....Oh, how joyous it is, shoe shopping for a picky teenager...

They're a lot better than Footlocker they carry Air Max 90s the only place that does and they have them in every style and every color don't lose your finesse guys

Such an amazing atmosphere and vibe that they bring. Very friendly and helpful staff. They seemed to be in slim pickings but the staff there made sure we had a good pair of basketball shoes, even if they came with a little more than a tag. Overall wonderful experience. Y'all go down and check them out. They are really amazing and very helpful. Did I mention how helpful they were.

The absolutely worst sneaker store in town  and it has been that way for 5  They literally just fired their entire staff and re opened and nothing has changed  Employees are super rude especially the manager. Most people in Billings call it CHUMPS  Walk across the hall to Footlocker where they are Professional and Courteous!!!

Wow, I had such a helpful person on the phone I asked to speak with his manager or owner to give good feedback, but he said I had the owner!  And to his credit he said he was blessed to have great employees who make his job more enjoyable.
Ethan texted pictures and gave great input on the look, and after that pair, sought out another pair that I just received!

I was looking to buy 4 pairs of work boots.  But most of what they sell are cowboy boots. They could look up what I was looking for, but the price was the same or more than what I bought them for at home. That lost you a $500 sale. Staff seemed nice and knowledgeable. Just limited inventory.

Went in yesterday lookin for work boots,  service was on point.  Old school feelin boot shop, plan to purchase any of my future boots from there. Took an extra card to leave on the builtin board at work. Keep shops like these open.

We've come to this Target many times over the years. Have always found what we are looking for and usually a few extra items too. Busy store but they have enough register lanes usually open.  The store is clean and organized. Plenty of parking.

Target had a great selection of items that we were looking for- namely legos, games, and clothing.

Most areas of the store appeared cluttered and poorly organized as compared to other Targets.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at checkout. Pricing on the items we purchased(legos, Barbie) were comparable to other places/online.

I don’t always choose to shop at target due to their higher prices . But if I’m being honest , they have a wider variety of products to choose from and with inflation nowadays the couple dollars a difference on some items doesn’t make much of a difference anymore compared to Walmart 🙂one specific group of products I shop for here is SKIN CARE & ACNE PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE NYX MAKEUP BRAND ! Anyways , Walmart just has all those cheap products that make your skin worse (note; I am not saying target is perfect and doesn’t have products that don’t work either I’m just speaking based on my shopping& skin care journey ) . But the acne products  that will actually show results aren’t even found in store at Walmart anymore but no worries ! Target has your back and for a price cheaper than ulta or kohls for literally the same products (products may vary )

Target has super cute hair accessories! There is also a cashier here named Amy- she has such a positive, cheerful, energetic personality! Best cashier EVER!

Famous Footwear

I had a very helpful person.  She informed me about my boots and waterproofing them.  Would recommend.  Had a great selection, more than other stores I was to.

Do Not Do Business with these people. They charge you a fee for having a zero balance. Lies about there policy.then blames the bank who issues there cards on charging the fee's claiming they have nothing to do with the bank. SCAMMERS ALL The WAY...

Edited to say: My previous review was 7 years ago and nothing has changed: no one greeted me I couldn't get any help and when I did get up to the register the three people working were more interested in talking to each other and texting on their phones than doing their jobs.

I was shopping for shoes for my daughter and I couldn't even get anyone to help us find her size! No greeting and no help...I'll go somewhere else next time.

Super easy to find things and the workers were super nice.

If you are looking for mediocre shoes to get for your family or kids then this place is for you. I never had any bad experiences here at this location, the staff are nice. Now if you are looking for higher end shoes, custom shoes or fancy footwear this is not the shoe store. You are better off downloading Zappos on your phone and shopping online. Hopefully this review helps someone out.

We started at the Brownsburg location looking for dress shoes for my son going to prom. He found a shoe he liked but they didn't have his size (12) so they said they would check the downtown location. They did have it downtown so off we went.

We were nicely greeted and were told someone would be right with us. We indicated a call from Brownsburg was made and they immediately knew what we were there for. Unfortunately, the shoe was not a good fit for him (narrow feet).

For the next hour, the store manager - Stephanie - made herself my son's personal shoe specialist. She was amazing. She was insightful and extremely knowledgeable. She gave suggestions. Most of all, she was patient. My son is quiet and can do the typical teenage - "uh, I don't know" answer to any question and she managed him beautifully! ❤️

The customer service at this place is amazing. They're fast, attentive, and listen to exactly what your needs are. I came here for the first time several weeks ago to buy boots, then again today for another pair of boots and running shoes. The manager, Aaron, recognized me immediately and remembered what kind of shoes I'd been looking for last time and was able to grab the same style for me today. Additionally, they've got a good selection of shoes in the 5-6 range and in wides, neither of which is common at other stores.

I stopped in to buy a pair of work shoes for my service industry position. I spend sometimes 12+ hours a day on my feet. I had the pleasure of meeting Kara on this visit. She was not only extremely knowledgeable about any and everything I had in mind to ask plus all the extra information she enlightened me with, but she was also very kind, patient, and I felt went above and beyond any expectations I had prior to visiting. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in the past decade. I have been wearing my new shoes (Hokas) for a couple weeks now and I am extremely satisfied with them. I have bragged about this experience to many family and friends since visiting. I will surely be back in the future. Kara won me over as a customer for as long as I reside in the Midwest.

Love this place!  The best staff who actually provides service such as helping with sizes.  They know the shoes.  They carry good shoes that are with the price.

Good Earth is by far the most comprehensive Health Food Store in Indianapolis.  The staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. I simply love the energy in this place.

Drove over an hour to check out the Birkenstocks for my wife.  Decided to try here because most stores we called didn't have much of an inventory.  We have never bought Birkenstocks, so we wanted to have some choices.  Well, this place had it all!  We are Extremely satisfied with our visit and found the perfect shoes for her.  Although we didn't get the young ladies name, her help and excellent customer service will definitely bring us back!  She was very thoughtful and patient with us and we left very happy.  Thank you!
