Sara is an absolute jewel. She's very knowledgeable about footwear and gives simple tips to help make your shoes more comfortable. She went above and beyond to correct a shoe problem that I had!
The store also had a good selection of shoes.

This is a fantastic shoe store with a super manager.  She does a great job of sharing about new shoes they offer.  She tells her own experience with them and then fits you with the right size.  My husband and I both bought a pair of Hoka running shoes.

I have PTSD, Autism, severe social anxiety, & bad feet from long hrs at work. I went here but did not mention my mental health, and braced myself for a Pretty Woman situation but instead it went beautifully. I tried on about every shoe and insole in the store and was treated as if all my persistent and specific foot support & fit sensory needs were completely normal, that I was a cool and normal person simply by being in their cool store.
Sadly, I returned the pair I bought realizing I needed to contact a podiatrist, but I was still treated so kindly. If you want to pay it forward, please go here and ask for Mallory. May her kind energy be returned to her 10 fold! But in dollars. Haha

Tradehome Shoes

Great shoe store ! Awesome customer service. I Just left the store with the new shoes on my feet.  They have a new brand named rival shoes that I bought and can’t wait to wear around .

Thank you Tradehome for being so accommodating while we searched for some last minute training shoes. The Manager, Tim, was super knowledgeable and kindly answered all of our questions. Well where to start!!!! I guess the most obvious would be TIM the manager! He is one of if not the best sales associate I or my lovely girlfriend have had the opportunity and pleasure to be help by! His knowledge alone is unmatched! He stayed open longer then the hours of operation to help these two adhd un decisive people. We walled out of his store all smiles with two new pairs of amazing shoes( for an amazing price) and content like no tomorrow and also he won over these two love birds!!! Thanks again tim!!!

Gives a classic feel to the shoe buying experience, I believe in those old idioms and phrases you hear throughout your life, one that applies here is "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." This is a fine place to buy shoes.

I'm on my feet most of the day with my job (casino floor attendant), and I have a bad habit of moving my feet in odd ways while standing still, which led to pain on my heels.I have never set foot into this store before, I was pleased with my first experience! Grant took his time helping me find a new pair of shoes for work, he recommended a brand and style of shoes I have never heard of, and he mentioned that the shoes have wider soles which can help with balance while walking and standing still. When I tried the shoes on, and walked around the store, I felt an immediate difference in how comfortable my feet were! Grant was such a great help, he never pressured me, and he was very personal and understanding of my needs! I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of shoes!

Even though my family and I enjoy this store we wish there was another location.  The male manager gives my children of color a hard time on exchange and or returns but not my caucasian children.  Be careful with what appears to be racism we are not the only blended family.

I ordered a pair of shoes because they didn't have the size in stock, as I was checking out I was told they would arrive to my house in 3-5 business days. After 5 business days, no shoes arrived and I called back. The person who answered was unbelievably rude to me, after being on hold for 15+ minutes, I was told that it's standard 7-10 business when ordering. No problem there, just miscommunication. They then went on to feel the need to explain how business days work, that I was wrong for being told they would arrive sooner, and on top of everything, my shoes have yet to show up. The manager of this location politely took care of me, found out there was a problem with the order and shipped me another pair. The manager was great to work with, I called customer service, so I wouldn't feel like I was a fool for calling the store again, and they were on top of everything. I had no contact in store with anyone I had talked to, but I do not appreciate being made feel like a burden for doing business with a company. I hope customer support is held to a higher value from now on. I just wanted to know what was going on with my shoes, especially since I live 4 hours from the store.

They have a really good large selection of multiple different companies. I went in to get a new pair on cloud. They did not have the color I wanted. They ordered the color that I wanted to my house and it was there the next day I was very impressed.

Quality service. Quality shoes. Trent helped me out today and his helpfulness was outstanding. I appreciate his input and his knowledge of the Sorel boots I was looking at. 😊

DO NOT SHOP AT JOURNEYS

I purchased shoes 3 days ago and they won’t return them because I “wore them” INSIDE MY HOME. Pictures below for reference.

No wear and NO TEAR at all!! Worst customer service if you second guess a shoe. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Go to a quality store that is honest about returns. Today is Wednesday purchased Sunday.

Update- returned at a different store. They also were unsure why they didn’t accept my return

Libby helped me right when I came through the door. She noticed me window shopping and was ready to help me right at 11 am. She even went to the kids store to find socks that are gonna look perfect with my new Dr.Martins. I usually feel weird getting help from people but she was very inviting and I appreciate her help sooo very much. I hope to see her next time when I come in.

Is sad when you go for a interview but if you have never shopped there you don’t get hired. I will never plan on shopping there now.

Bad customer service. Make you buy something you’re not sure about and then not let you return them

I have to say journey's brings a whole different atmosphere to shopping. They are always having fun and focus more so in building connections with customers rather than selling shoes in general. Every time I go into the store I'm greeted with smiles and respect. Everyone is super helpful and I never fail to find what I need. Even if they don't have what I'm looking for in stock, they're always able to point me in the right direction. Overall I'm very pleased with the customer service that Journey's brings.

The best shoe store in town, hands down! The team does a phenomenal job taking care of you and fitting you for a proper shoe. Everyone I work with always goes above and beyond to make sure I get an excellent experience. On top of that, their selection of all kinds of shoes is top of the line!!

All I can say is WOW! I Had the most amazing experience here. I WILL NEVER BUY SHOES ANYWHERE Else! We walked in and was instantly greeted and helped to find what we were looking for. The wife and I stopped in AFTER buying shoes at another store, Carter and his crew completely stole all of our shoe business for the forseable future. Such a nice surprise to meet a gentleman with such a great attitude and the lost art of customer service. We wanted to return our purchases and buy them from Carter! It was a great experience, I didn’t know what I was looking for at the time but once I was greeted and helped by Carter he helped me figure it out. The energy in the store was great and so energetic and happy. Carter told me everything to know about the shoes and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten. I really enjoyed full service that they provide. I will definitely be coming back!

Going to stop back in with the GF, but Carter provided the best shoe shopping experience I’ve had, 11/10 employee.

At the Tupelo, Ms store  It's  a very rude
manager. She has been rude every time  that I have been there. She looks like she hates to be there .

They have the best deals! Even on Brooks! They didn't have the color I wanted in stock and just ordered 2 pair online! What a steal, as well as happy feet!

They had the shoes that my daughter needed for basketball awesome give me five stars

Store is crowded. Good selection of different styles though.
I was there to find my daughter some dress shoes and while she tried on eight different pairs, we were never once offered any assistance. Luckily I had someone with us who was tall enough to reach the shoes I could not.

We located some shoes for the hard to fit!! Thrilled!! The assistance we received was the best! Didn't get his name, but he hung with us until we found the pergect shoe with the perfect fit!! I'll be back with another hard to perfect customer!! I do appreciate that kind of service. It is hard to find!!

They couldn’t get the buzzer off my crewneck, it was as if i walked in and started working. Was told “we can’t get the buzzer off, so we are gonna have to pass on this one.” They were nice just seemed overwhelmed and threw my problem to the side. Really disappointed 😃

I just wanted to thank the employee that sold me my shoes this morning. I haven’t bought a pair of sneakers in store since 2015 but this was great. Checked Wolfchase finish line in Memphis and they didn’t have my size and according to the website neither did the Tupelo location. The color way I wanted in the Nike air vapor max 2020s wasn’t even on the wall but the guy immediately asked if I was looking for something specific. I said yes it’s a color that’s not out here but he searched in the back for 30 mins and finally came back with the last pair and it happened to be my size. Thanks man. That was greatly appreciated.

Thank goodness for The guy that helped my husband he was very knowledgeable of the products and knew exactly what to do and help us be satisfied customers. Wish I could remember his name because the other boy had no clue about anything.

They helped me find a good pair of work shoes.  Very polite and helpful.  However,  they will try their best to talk you into buying add ons.

Had the shoes I wanted, store employee was very helpful, and I was happy with price.

I love the actual store! The employees are so helpful but the online ordering is a joke don’t order more than one pair of shoes or you will get at least one pair in the wrong size and color and to get your money back or the correct shoe they expect you to drive an hour away if you don’t have a store or the shipping method they use and they don’t give you a way to return the shoes in store. The customer service line is a joke and very unhelpful. I guess I need a new shoe store. Amazon will be getting my business for everything at least they send the correct order!

Will never spend a single dollar in this store. Went there just to browse. Sales woman insisted my husband try some boots he liked. He did. Decided to buy them since they were on sale. She rings them up. Almost double the cost that was on tag. She said she grabbed the wrong ones. Then she said they didn't have his size for the correct ones. So he tried a different pair. Decide to purchase those. 89.99. Plus employee was going to give him 5$ coupon. The cost came out to 100 and some change. Husband said "really 15$in tax!?" Worker replied "yea taxes got you". Leave and look at receipt. She blatantly lied because boots rang up for 99.99! Walked right back in and told her she did the wrong price. She acted like she hadnt noticed and all we could do was return them. She couldn't give them to us for the price that was advertised!!! These people will absolutely lie to make a sale. They will then just hope you are too stupid to notice!!

Great and helpful staff. Went out of their way to get me in the shoes I really wanted. Everytime I walk past I get a friendly wave even if I'm not going in to buy anything.

Great customer service, huge selection, and great prices. The quality of the merchandise and the prices beat Wal-Mart hands down!!

The was a lady in the kitchen appliance area that was fantastic, short dark hair, was working between 2:00 and 5:00 pm Mon 1/17/22 . There is a sale going on up to 60% off on select items through out store. Be careful. At this mall there are two Belk stores, and very few shopping carts. I had to move my vehicle to that store. I saved over $160.00. The sale included bedding and towels.

Checked two stores same product. Shirt @ $47.50 each. Check out rings up $24.95.  At 80 percent off that come to $9.10 each or even at 20 percent of $47.50 it still $9.50. Shame on you if you're not paying attention. I've shopped here many times, something has changed.
