Got my free baby box very easily. Will definitely be back. They had more stuff than we could even look at.

No cashiers...she closed her lane while we were standing in line. Had to check my own items out. Shouldn't we get a discount for serving ourselves? Other than that, I liked their clothing and jewelry selections. The store was very clean and organized.

They got more stuff than you can shake a stick at!! People that work there were very patient with my self check out issues. Good people!

Everything is fine when shopping at Target.  But do not reply to the Target surveys.  They keep asking for even more information after you replied.

I can always find what I'm looking for when I visit.
The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable of other items I was looking for.

Dillard's

Most of the staff was great except the men's shoe section. I was in for a tie clip and  wandered into this section because there were 2 employees just standing there. When I was checking out he said "is someone else in the other section" Felt like I was harassing him. Just wanted to pay. I was checking out the Flag shoes but Son also wanted to buy swim trunks but they didn't ring up so he sent us elsewhere.   We were in the men's cremieux section and the gal over there was friendly and helpful. We then went upstairs where my wife was shopping near the Calvin Klein section. The gal at the register was awesome and helpful. In fact almost every employee asked us how our day was going.  The store was clean and well maintained. If I lived in this area, I would come here all the time. We also bought a necklace in the jewelry section. Again the staff was helpful and friendly.

Store is always kept up and lots of merchandise available. It is one of the nicest stores in the area.

We bought a North Face jacket for our Grandson, then down to Zales Jewelry store, good experience at both places, sales staff very friendly and approachable at both stores.

Ms. Ruby Dean , in the lingerie department makes a dreaded shopping trip turn into some sort of miracle. She is amazing!

DILLARDS DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS... ONLY ABOUT MONEY. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE !

The saleswoman doing checkouts downstairs was really nice, she even apologized for my wait time to pay for my items. This store has a ton of great deals, you just have to look in the right spots. I'm happy with their "customer satisfaction" professionals.

Black Friday!!!  come oooonn only one person at checkout with 20 people or more in line  store management you should've had better coverage than what you offered that morning. The lady didn't catch her name but tall with a bob blonde like color was very sweet and nice made the wait worth it she gets 5stars though.

This store needs to provide a better Brand selection to the area.  Very little options with very small quantities is an issue.  This what causes the community to travel elsewhere to shop for better options and better brand items.

I ordered one item online last week, and returned it in store two days later because it didn't fit. I was credited the price of the item only, not the sales tax I paid on the item. I called customer service about the discrepancy and was told to contact the manager of my store. I called and left a message asking why I paid sales tax on an item I returned and have yet to hear back. Wondering if this is company policy to "double charge" sales tax on returned items...if so, my $7.88 is a drop in the bucket.

I went there last week.. was followed around the perfume area until it was uncomfortable and I left.. I would of liked it they asked if I needed help or something but to just be stalked around the store was very uncomfortable!

Kick-It Shoe Outlet

The BEST shoe store in Southeast Idaho! Owner Ki is very educated on shoes. He loves to help people. No pressure or push sale at all. I got some shoes from him. The price is very fair in my opinion. I hope more people should know that there is a hidden gem shoe store in Rexburg, Idaho!

I am the type of person who take 2 hours to pick shoes, the boss didn't rush me. It was a great experience, and I think the price of the shoes are great, cheaper than getting it from Amazon.
The boss is willing tell me description of all the shoes I was interested without looking at note paper, I think that was pretty impressive.

This is the best shoe store I've ever been to.  Name brand shoes are sold here a lot cheaper than getting them in other stores or online.
If Ki doesn't have the size or color you want, he will search to find what you're looking for. The best thing is that he's very knowledgeable about brands..the quality, durability, and special features that make them more or less ideal than another shoe.
He listens to what your needs are and strives to find the perfect match.
For example, I haven't been able to wear sandals in 35 years because I wear orthotics and  orthotics slip out of sandals.  Ki showed me a brand of sandal that has great arch support and in a few weeks molds to the shape of your foot, making the sandal very comfortable.
I was a little skeptical because of the foot problems I have.  I bought a pair and absolutely love them. They are very comfortable.
I also have a pair of cheap tennis shoes but I wore all year teaching school last year. Halfway through the year my feet hurt a lot. I met a lady on the plane this summer who had a real nice pair of tennis shoes that looked like they would have the support my feet needed. She let me take a picture of them and I showed them to Ki.  He told me that yes, those are popular shoe, but being familiar with my feet problems, he steered me away toward a less expensive but higher quality shoe for my needs.
He is very honest, and does all he can to help his customers get the best quality for their money and for their needs.

good shoe options got some Nikes they fit the first time but now they dont fit :( and i got some high quality sandals they have lasted 2 years so far edit: 4 stars unfourtnately they moved to a smaller location without much stock :(

I ALWAYS go here before I look anywhere else for shoes. Ki has great costumer service skills and is genuinely a nice guy. Also he is dedicated in helping you find the right shoe, not just the one he has in stock, but the right shoe.

It's okay, but they didn't have much in the line of Halloween decorations or other things that we were looking for. Unless I shop their sales, they're a little more expensive. One last note, I don't agree with one of their commercials. I will shop anywhere that has good products or servings (restaurants) for the price and good customer service. If a place has those three things, it makes no difference to me who owns it! I like to support mom & and pop and locally owned businesses!

Always a great experience! Employees have been wonderful and store is usually well stocked.

My husband and I did overhear a manager bad mouthing another employee to someone that she was training, that wasn’t very cool of her. Besides that it’s always been great!

Target is one of those hit or miss kinda stores but for me mostly miss. They never have clothing that fit and for some reason all of their merchandise is way over priced.

Fortunately for Target Google will not allow for a half of a star rating 😳😳😳

I love the drive up experience we just park they bring out your item and you go. It was quick and easy.

They have great employees, and the stock is full and orderly. I will be back and I also recommend this place to my friends and family.  I will be back.

Shoe Carnival

Cashier made an exchange for me and she was very kind and understanding.  Their customer service  was quick and friendly.

I feel like everytime I go I miss the sales. Like I have to purchase the family shoes everything 4-6 months. But oh well my fault for trying to shop local

Very limited on sizes any shoe i liked they didn't have the size needed all I got from employees was we can order it i felt that if I wanted to wait i might aswell ordered it myself

A large shoe shop. It's somewhat expensive. Lots of selections. Not much to choose from in the men's 13 and up sizes. Always friendly and helpful.

If you have wide feet, read on. The store is very clean and nice to look at from a distance, but up close there is no rhyme or reason to how they organized the shoes, and there's very little selections for shoes in wide, You probably would have better luck going anywhere else. And the staff although nice just did the bare minimum to help. All in all not a bad store if you have small feet/ regular size feet.

Footwear Outfitters

Newell was great. I was told by another store that they couldn’t get the boots I wanted, but Footwear Outfitters was able to get them ordered for me.

Employees were so helpful! I spent a half hour trying on shoes and the guy who helped me was super patient. Their selection is really high quality!

I live near Blackfoot and work out on the Desert for the INL. I drove clear out to work and then to Idaho Falls instead of riding the bus to be able to purchase a pair of boots before closing at 7pm on a Monday. Arrived to the store at 6pm just to find the door locked and the store closed. Not impressed. If you’re going to advertise being open until 7 you better be open. I understand the sign says 7ish, but closing a whole hour early is a little much. Money is a little tight for me right now and I didn’t appreciate wasting a bunch of money on fuel when I could have just taken the bus to work for free. I’m guessing the other customers who came and also found it closed that I watched didn’t appreciate it either.

Amazing selection for being a small store.  Super helpful staff.  They really care about your purchase, and go the extra mile to help you take care of your footwear well after your purchase.  A definite must-go to for high quality footwear!

Famous Footwear

Carrie was super helpful. We came in and they were reorganizing the store. My daughter needed snow boots and we knew nothing about them. She spent time explaining them and even opened up a new inventory shipment so she could try them all. Over all a great experience capped off with excellent customer service. Thank you Carrie.

I purchased shoes in the store that were ordered online bc they didn’t have my size. I paid for them at the time. They stated they’d be to me in 5-7 days. That passed. Then I called the 1-800 number and they said they didn’t have my size and the only way they could refund me is by sending a check in the mail. Since September, I have called 4 more times and still not received a check for the shoes I purchased and never received. Don’t purchase from famous footwear online. You will never be refunded. It should have just been refunded back on my card and they wouldn’t do that!!! Not an honest company. 4-6 weeks to receive refund is now 6 months and still waiting.

I love the store and the staff is always great. Nancy is so helpful and such a cheerful person. She does such an amazing job. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is they didn't have the shoes I went in for.

I had an outstanding shopping experience at Dillard’s in the Idaho Falls Grand Teton Mall, all thanks to Cameron’s exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the products. Today, my primary interest was in exploring their range of men’s scents and colognes, and Cameron went above and beyond to assist me.

Cameron’s expertise in the fragrances department was truly impressive. He guided me through various options, provided item sampling, and shared valuable insights about each product. I was delighted to discover that Dillard’s had recently introduced a new line of products from some of my favorite suppliers, and Cameron was quick to inform me about these exciting additions.

I love this store. Department stores may be going out of style, but this one has kept that lively, timeless feel. it's well lit and fully stocked, and the employees were very nice. I loved the Christmas displays too!

On Friday night, while shopping with my daughter in the junior's department for a dress we witnessed a female employee with dark black hair (I believe her name was "Cat") get right up in a young lady's face and started verbally harassing and yelling at her. The young blonde lady started crying and another associate tried to calm down the situation. However, the employee with the dark hair continued to yell at the other associate. It was a really disturbing scene and if this is how Dillard's associates treat one another then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Best service I have ever had. Amazing shoes! I will be back in the future.

We were greeted and helped almost immediately, even though the store was busy and there was only two people in the store, one at the register and one on the floor. Michael was kind, easy to talk to and truly helpful. He was knowledgeable about colors, types and brands of boots and even helped us imagine how it would look against my sisters white wedding dress, which is what the boots were for. It was an awesome experience. Much more personal than I usually get at a mall store. Highly recommend!

I was in Idaho Falls traveling by and decided to stop at the mall for some new shoes for my son. I went to 2 other stores before I went to Tradehome.  I have to say I was very impressed with the employee named Carver. My son has Plantar Fasciitis and other stores were no help to him for finding a shoe. Carver was very knowledgeable about the shoes he sells and was able to find the right shoe. I decided to talk to him about my issue with New Balance shoes and how I was interested in the Hoka Shoes. He brought out 5 pairs of shoes for me to try. I ended up buying all the pairs of shoes. Its been 2 weeks and these Hoka Shoes are the best shoes I've ever owned. I wanted to leave this review to let him know how pleased I'm with this purchase and to let Tradeshow Shoes they got a good shoe salesman. Thanks Again

Great quality shoes and amazing customer service. This is my 2nd time there and they are consistently awesome!  I will definitely be back.

Went for a pair of Hoka running shoes. They were so very helpful and didn't mind that I tried 3 pairs on twice each. Bonus, they were having a sale. I'll definitely go back!!
