The manager is on some sort of power trip. I returned some shoes and went back to purchase them again and wasn’t allowed to because they were now on sale. When I initially ordered the girl who helped me didn’t apply my reward coupon so I just wanted to return and repurchase with my reward however since the day I went in they were now running a sale they wouldn’t let me rebuy them. I sent my husband to purchase them literally a few minuetes later and “they were misplaced and out of stock” Just turned around and ordered online. Wait times were crazy. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for high quality customer service.

We love this store. It’s one of the only good shoe stores left in the area. That being said, they way corporate makes the employees get on their knees for customers to help try on shoes is extremely uncomfortable, old fashioned, and out of touch with current customer wants. It’s creepy and unnecessary. Stop making them do that.

This place is Awsome! I was in there just last week while I was in there the staff was very helpful the girl working was trying to help someone with headphones in and the lady yelled at her saying to leave her alone she was listening to music some of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves especially when they work in customer service!

The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable! Brook was very professional and made all the difference in our shopping experience. We will definitely come back!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I walked in on Friday 9/16/22 having the exact shoe and size in mind for a birthday present, I waited around for about 5 minutes with no one up front and hearing laughter from the back. Finally a girl with shaved hair came up front and asked what shoe I wanted but seemed very annoyed that I would be asking for a shoe, even though it’s a shoe store. After another 5-7 minutes went by and more laughter in the back she came out just to tell me they didn’t even have the shoe, even though the shoe I gave her was the size I needed. She said that the shoes up front are only displays and are not to be sold. She told me to have a good day as if I was ready to leave even though I was still looking for shoes. I felt very rushed and unimportant, which should not be the case considering I was trying to buy a $250 pair of shoes. Will not EVER be back after this experience.

Walkabout Junction

Great place to get scrubs locally. They have many selections and will order the size you need if they don't have it in store.

Loved how fast they got my order in and completed. Great communication and the product had great quality work.

Recently purchased two pairs of shoes at Walkabout Junction and I love them! I have been searching for shoes to wear for my hospital rotations for the past several months but did not know exactly what to look for as far as fit and comfort. (I tried several shoes from other retailers previously but could not find anything comfortable and affordable that I liked). Ellen at Walkabout Junction was so incredible! She was super honest and informative and helped suggest the best shoe styles for my needs. They also have a wide selection of scrubs and the prices are super reasonable for the quality :)

I went here to get scrubs for work and I was so impressed with Jason! I was a little overwhelmed with all the options so he asked me a few questions about my style preferences and picked out a handful of scrubs to try on. He was very knowledgeable about each brand they carry and how they fit. After I made my selections I left to run errands and he called me within an hour to let me know that he finished the embroidery and I was free to come pick up my purchase. I will definitely continue purchasing from this company ! Thank you Jason!!

Target

Always a great experience at this target. I have only had good experiences here. Beware though, it is very difficult not to be hypnotized from the moment you walk in... Or maybe it was my wallet that was under some kind of spell. I'm not sure. Dang it target, you've made me spend 50 more dollars than I wanted to.. again...

Purchased radio flyer convertible stroll n wagon with canopy online for pickup. When we arrived we did some shopping and then went to pick this up. When they brought the box out it was heavily damaged and torn. I opened it right there at the pick up counter and it of course had damage. Target apparently does not do in store exchanges. The only way I could get another one while in the store was a gift card. So I bought another one and it was 20 dollars more expensive because it wasn’t purchased online. Customer service should have started with them not pulling this item in its condition or allowing it to be checked out to me. Prices are already higher here than at Walmart so I guess that was my last buy from Target.

This place is always clean. I do not go very often, because I am not a fan of the selection or prices. I do a lot of my shopping online as well. The store is a good store though

Our Madison store has great managers and staff. I can always find what I’m looking for.

We had a great lunch at Johnathan' s today. Our server Ali, provided us with excellent service. 💯 5 stars.

Coppel Canada Square Bella

They have many styles of footwear for all ages. You can also find bags, backpacks and belts. In addition to modules from different cell phone companies.
The attention is very good from all the staff.
In terms of facilities, and since it is a small place, it is easy for it to be very crowded and hot on weekends. I recommend going at the beginning of the week if you want to see and buy with peace of mind.

Honestly I like the store but whoever runs customer service, I think her name is Sherika, is very very rude and unpleasant. Every interaction I’ve ever had with her has left me not wanting to ever return to this store. I have no idea how she is still working for Target. She doesn’t portray the Target culture or provide the guest experience people come to Target for. I went to the “Exchanges & Refunds” counter to exchange a coat I bought earlier today. She barely acknowledged me as I walked up or made eye contact seeming too preoccupied. Then when I stated I would like to make an exchange for the exact same item just in a different size she responded that Target no longer does exchanges in a very snappy voice. I have never had any issue exchanging an item at guest service, I even already had the item with me ready for the exchange. She told me I would have to go through the line after receiving a refund and repurchase the coat instead of just re-ringing the item for me at the service counter when there was no line or anyone waiting behind me. It was one singular item. I have been to plenty of Targets and guest service was ALWAYS willing to make the return and re-ring the item for me at the register at guest service, EVEN if there was a line. If this is Target’s recent policy change, then maybe you should remove your signs that say “EXCHANGES” across the top of the guest service counter. I will avoid using guest service at this location at all costs because this woman does not have an inviting or pleasant attitude whatsoever. Target should genuinely reconsider who they put into higher positions if they are going to have people with her attitude working at GUEST service. Did not feel like a guest at all. I felt like a bother and an inconvenience.

A well-stocked Target with plant-based options. What is there not to like about Target?  They have ice cream each time I come here and it’s always nice and clean. I like that they bring in new plant-based options.  I always give them a try. 🎯

The outside appearance could be cleaned up, usual there's trash blowing from the parking lot up near the doors, It should be more open registers aside from just the Self-Checkouts because usually it's crowded for most of the day and this would help expedite everyone's shopping without having to wait on just Self-Checkouts and possibly one maned register. Shopping carts need to be cleaned routinely, I've noticed grit and other sticky substances which looks like something spilled, those cart wipes only do so much.

Employees are nice and the store overall is well stocked. Bathrooms are a bit messy and the clothing/ladies underwear section was super messy, but in the best way I can put this I have never been to a target that had a super clean bathroom with every clothing section tidy. Overall, preferred Target out of the others in the area.

The produce is always moldy. Every time I think I've finally scored some fresh fruit, I get home and find some covered in mold. Whomever is in charge of produce ought to be fired, because this has been going on for months.

New Balance

I have Five pairs of New Balance shoes.   I love them BUT…the last pair I just ordered were disappointing because the tongue has been shortened and there is an elastic addition attached.   Please go back to the earlier design.   By the way, I’m 76 yo and I run about 15 miles a week.   I rotate my five pairs so they wear evenly.

Steve was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient!  I tried a few pairs of walking shoes and different inserts before deciding which one was best for me.  I have a few foot issues, so I really appreciate that I can wear them for 45 days and take them back in that time frame if they’re just not working for me.  I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great sneakers!

The sales folks were first rate; the shoes not so good.  Very limited selection and sizes in store.  The pair I chose are inferior to the old 642 Country Walker.  I found this out after walking a couple of miles in the new shoes.  I was looking for something similar to the 642 Country Walker but found none.  This is why I went to the New Balance store, to find a replacement for my 642s.  Once again, the sales folks were trying their best with what they had.  Did offer to order a pair I may have been interested in buying; but, I chose not to go that route.  I have put a few miles on the shoes I purchased and can certainly tell the difference in my old shoes and the new.  The new ones are inferior and put pressure on the balls of my feet, causing swelling.  They also strain my calf muscles and fatigue my legs within two miles of walking, model M840FLS.  I cannot recommend these shoes for walking or running.  The store can measure your feet for a proper fit, and that's good; but a limited selection is very bad.  You may end up with an inferior model.

Staff was knowledgeable and service was quick.  We talked about my 928s and my foot size as well as the ball of my foot ‘sliding’ a bit on long walks.  They recommend an insert that was free due to the yearly coupon.  Love my 928s

New Balance was started as an American shoe company at the beginning of the 20th Century so I support their well-made shoes, even though not all are domestically manufactured.

I were a 13 extra-wide and they had my size in the shoe design that I bought.

Tradehome Shoes

I absolutely love this store. The staff is very experienced and take the time to make sure you walk out with the perfect shoe for you. My oldest son has flat, wide feet and constantly struggles with finding a shoe that fits appropriately and is comfortable for a 12hr shift. The sales associate fit him with the perfect shoe. She was very knowledgeable when it came to foot issues such as flat feet, bunions, and hammer toe. She made sure to show him the shoes that were best for his condition. She also fit my husband and I with the perfect shoes while my 3yr old bombarded her with questions and my 1yr old was screaming. She never rushed us and never got flustered.  She even got us a discount and found me a pair of my favorite shoes on clearance.

I had bought a new pair of shoes on clearance that were hurting my feet at my job- I explained the general shape of my feet and the use of the shoes (active wear) and Travis had four choices before I knew it.  All were good upgrades from what I had, but he went further- paying close attention to detail like the angle of my toes. Very professional- and highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied! I purchased a pair of tennis shoes for work, (I'm  on my feet 10+ hours a day and needed new shoes) so I went to  Tradehome and purchased a pair. After a few days of work my feet were still sore, so I took the shoes back and Joe Wray gave me another pair to try, He said "If they don't work bring them back and we will get you another pair".  At Tradehome they are only concerned about getting you in the right shoes! I loved how knowledgeable they are! I will be back for Birkenstocks soon!

I went in yesterday to pick out new work shoes. I expected it to be a 20 minute chore, in and out and hope the shoes work out for me. What I walked into was the most incredible shoe buying experience I've ever had. Matthew is an incredible salesman. That young man knows more about shoes than anyone I've ever met. He helped me find something that will be great for being on my feet all day, added something to support my arches that I didn't even know I needed, and was the single most friendly and positive person I've met in a long time. My quick 20 minute trip turned into about an hour of talking and joking and walking out with the perfect shoes. I fully expect that Matthew is going to be running that store in a few years, he has the skills to go far. He deserves a raise or at least a free lunch for his amazing, above and beyond customer service skills.

I took my daughter to buy a pair of tennis shoes at TradeHome Shoes today and I have to say that Matthew was the most impressive salesman I have met in years. He knew detailed information about the various brands and went the extra mile to understand how my daughter would use her shoes and under what conditions.  He then made certain that she was comfortable with the fit, design and style.  Matthew was so impressive that even though I had no plan to buy any shoes for myself, I decided to do so because it is so very rare to find someone like Matthew who takes so much pride in doing his job so very well.  I hope TradeHome realizes what a great employee they have in Matthew!

I’ve dropped off 5 or 6 shoes. Sometimes the work is sloppy. I’m looking at my favorite allen Edmonds which I have had for years. Now they have stains I can’t remove. Maybe you could trust them with black, but nothing brown or suede.

I took my boot collection to be cleaned,  polished, and water proofed. They were done a week ahead of time, and they look like new! I am so pleased,  great job!

So unexpectedly friendly. Shoe repair is an amazing art. TC is fortunate to have you all!

This place is a gem.  It has catered to my son when I had his lifts made on his shoes with quality along with great price. I still buy heel inserts , have inside lifts made and mailed. . I bought my last shoes and spouse Redwings  boots here at a great price. They do shoe repair and offer in-service fits. Love Them!

I brought my cross country ski boots in, hoping they could fix the lacing. I expected to have to leave it and come back. They did a quick repair so I could wear them the rest of the season, and didn't even charge me! What amazing service. We are blessed to live near here and have service like that!

Golden Shoes

Really nice shoe store, they carry the Mephisto brand which I have been looking for for a while. You’re nice young lady helped me find the perfect pair. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She’s cashier number four. She was super nice and very helpful.

They carry high-quality, ultra-comfortable shoe brands. Prices are steep, but the shoes they sell are worth it. They are investments. I bought 2 pairs of boots and spent almost $400. Worth it for the quality and comfort. The salespeople are helpful, and there was a handful available to help, which was nice, as the store was particularly busy when I visited, and I didn't have to wait for service.

Decent prices. They have Chacos, Birkenstocks, Uggs, Sanuks....all my favs! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff and owners are amazing. Not only do they have high quality products, but they stand behind them as well. I had purchased a pair of shoes that developed a manufacturer defect after about 4 months of use and they examined and replaced them no questions asked! This type of support is rare these days!

Best of best TVC shoe store. It makes a downtown visit a must!
