Usually very limited with staff that usually do more talking with each than waiting on customers but I still believe in supporting local.
NOT anymore!!
Came in today to buy2 pairs of shoes only to find out they have a new computer system so have no way to honor my $20 rewards, but they will give me 20% off big deal right now everyone is getting 20% off
It is worth my drive to petoskey  to get the same thing at Dave’s even though I’ll have to pay full price. It’s the principle of the matter and if plamondons can’t stand behind their customers I will no longer be shopping here on a yearly basis

I've been here a few times and the staff are very friendly.  We were here this past Saturday around 445pm.  They were closing at 5pm that night, but they were more than gracious and patient in finding the correct size Big Boots for my son.  We were able to get in and buy it real quick and get out before they closed.  I never felt rushed by the employees.  Would definitely shop here again

Purchased a croakies trout belt here, fit great, the store workers were so nice and pleasant to work with. Told them that we'll definitly be back.

This is one of my favorite places to get education on hiking footwear and to be properly fitted too. I love their Chaco and Keen selection. Their staff was thoughtful and knew their stuff! Even though they're a smaller, local shop, their prices were pretty similar.... Shop local!

Hibbett Sports

Grandson bought new pair of new balance shoes that hurt his feet after wearing them for 30 minutes.the manager of this store was kind enough to give him a gift card to come back to get another pair,  unlike parkway mall. Very good manager.

Had a great experience shopping at this location. A very friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely be returning.😊

River Valley Comfort Shoes

Awesome store. Chris makes sure the shoes are perfect fit. I have feet problems and the shoes in his store are the only ones I can wear that don't hurt. If you need shoes for feet problems, this is the best.  He also has awesome purses.

The only place to really find SAS shoes.  While the selection is limited, you can order through the. On my Visit Chris took care of me, and was always friendly and patient as he answered my questions. He is was also very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I enjoy going to this store. The man that runs it is really nice. He is helpful and polite. The shoes are comfortable and pretty. I recommend this place to anyone who has trouble finding shoes that fit and don't hurt your feet.

Very satisfied, he really took the time to measure my feet and give me alot of information about the z- coil shoes I purchased! Will definitely be back!

What a cool little small shop! I actually read a few reviews prior to making my purchase and saw something about an atrocious employee. That couldn’t be further from the truth. My experience with Julie was wonderful from start to finish. I think she mentioned being the owner and her service was SUPER. I could tell she has great pride in ownership and cares deeply about her customers, not just trying to make the sell. If you want shoes to help get rid of your plantar fasciitis pain or to help prevent it...go here!  Yes, they are a bit pricey but mine have lasted me 5-10 years.  Totally worth the pain relief and quality.  Always had great service as well.  These Oefos flip flops are heavenly.

Schnee's

This describes my Schnee Beartooth boots purchased online a while back, and the bad experience and unprofessional / suspicious activities.

Schnee boots had severe toe side pressure and starts narrowing early about 3 inches from boot tip. I described this to the Schnees representative in detail before purchase as something I didn’t want and was told incorrectly their boots did not narrow like that. No top down picture shown or I might have noticed it. Heel and mid foot felt ok. The boot felt lighter and lower quality than other quality made boots. Water proofing not GORE TEX. Not the quality their full retail price would suggest. Seems like they overstate the retail price so their sale prices look good but the sale prices seem to represent their value more accurately. Looked pretty good, but had numerous minor flaws like some rub/scratch marks and a nasty little manufacturing defect. Packaging paper was cheap/thin, was torn up and did not provide proper protection for the boots for shipping. Very unprofessional.

I signed up for their 10% off my first order by getting their Score email subscription only to find out later that I don’t get the 10% off even though it is my first order because my boots were on holiday sale. Then later again I get an email from them giving me a 10% off on my first order about 1 week after I already placed my first order. Confusing order, delivery, Bolt secure payments sign-up, and marketing emails making it too many emails just to buy a pair of boots. Aggravating.

I could not just enter a review on their website (invite only apparently). Maybe one reason they don’t have many bad reviews. Seems like they may avoid sending review requests to unhappy customers. With so many different feet out there and manufacturing / material defects possible, even good boot companies should have a fair amount of poor reviews. There were hundreds of reviews on my boot and no bad / 1*reviews found anywhere? Highly suspicious. Keep in mind, that since they are the manufacturer and primary seller they have strong control over who has access to submit reviews, so you never know if their ratings are unbiased or not. After a couple weeks I had to actually request a review invite email then had a miserable experience getting the review submitted. Then the problem pictures I successfully submitted did not show like in other customer reviews. I thought to myself that if they are a suspect company, they would probably bury it where very few people would likely see it. Time consuming from a cell phone, but found my review buried way at the back/end where you might expect the oldest reviews. Also their reviews are not fully in order by date either. They also do not give viewers the ability to select which reviews by rating to see like other online sites. Their reviews control is a little alarming to me. More alarming is that I checked for my review again and I cannot find it now nor the two star rating one from another customer. I believe their manipulation of reviews may be a violation of the US consumer protection act laws.

They took time to answer my questions when I talked to them but overall, just disappointed in the fit, quality and experience. They handled the return but never contacted me when they processed the return and had to follow-up with them again. It was a pain in the butt nightmare buying boots from these guys and was a major waste of my time, and they did not seem to care much.

Afterwards, I bought a fairly tall LOWA heavy back packing boot in same size (verified same length and width) and not one single problem. Same for my other Lowa light hiking boots. Both pairs from an independent online retailer. Lowa boots were super easy to order, looked great, no defects/damage, fit well, and no severe toe side pressure. Also, quality boot companies like Lowa do not have much control over who gives a review and how the review is presented, so their reviews/ratings seem more realistic, and they also don’t seem to overstate list price retail values like Schnee.

If I could give ten stars I would. I had a pair of boots that I had sent in for leak testing and ended up having to get a new pair. I spoke with Jessica from their customer service department multiple times during the process and she was more than helpful. Excellent experience!

I recently sent an email to Schnee Boots describing the conditions that I hunt in and what I was looking for in a quality hunting boot that would fit my specific needs. Within a few hours I received an email from Jessica. In the email she listed a couple different boots that would be a fit for me and described the differences between them. I picked the Hunter ll Pac boot. I’ve used them twice now and couldn’t be more happy! The fit is perfect and the quality is amazing. Thanks for the help. Customer for life!!

They didn’t have my size in store but were able to send a pair to my home in TN (thus avoiding sales tax). Great service, would use again!

I lucked out with Zach today who did what he needed to make the sale! He was attentive, actually listened to what size I am (vs bringing me what size they think I am and ignoring my size request). Normally the young kid they hire are completely clueless. Not today!

Tradehome Shoes

The young man who helped me in your Bozeman, MT location was very kind and knowledgeable. He did a great job of making sure I got the shoes I was after and hooked me up with a great product to keep my shoes in good shape for years to come. Highly recommend this store!

Awesome experience last night at this store! The gal that helped us was so kind and really knew her stuff! She found us exactly what we needed and it wasn’t even on the floor! She just remembered the last pair of these awesome winter boots they had in the back and went looking for them. They were perfect for my son who lost his boots this week. I just couldn’t be happier!

I stopped in with one son while the other was at a birthday party and didn’t expect much. Wow, was I wrong. Story was fantastic. Very personable and helpful and knew his shoes. So impressed that I bought a pair of shoes for myself and brought my other son back after his birthday party to get him a pair. It’s rare these days that you find decent help in stores and he was an exceptional salesperson. Will go back again.

Employee told me the shoes would be good for standing all day.. instead he upsold me on footwear that I couldn't wear after a 6 months.

Awesome store and GREAT customer service! I was buying a gift for my husband and only had 5mins. Jake helped me find just the perfect style shoe-- When I gifted it to my husband we found that it was a little to tight. Gallatin Valley Mall

Terrific staff! Everything was so nicely and warmly decorated. My boys loved watching the train sets. Then ad they sat with Santa, they were a challenge. We could not get any smiles but that did not keep the staff from continuing to try and they were trying Everything! Finally the book cracked the first smile and we got some amazing shots. Thank you for making it a special moment for my boys! ❤️

Nice mall.  Enjoyed eating dinner at The Bay. They have great steak and seafood options, and the cocktail 🍸 selection is varied and robust. Prices are very reasonable. The mall has a Macys retail store, which is large and very clean.

Can usually find what I’m looking for. I wish the bigger stores (Macy’s for example) had baskets or carts since they do offer home items that are much too big to carry around while continuing to shop. Makes it to where I have to buy one thing and check out right away (just means less money for the business per visit honestly!)

Last few times I have been here was cluttered but they continue to transform it as it's undergoing a redo. Looks like there adding new stores which is nice. Jcrew looks to be about open soon.

It’s nice to have a mall in a smaller town. To be completely fair, it’s a mall I’d only go to if I knew one of the shops had something I wanted to buy. It’s not like some other malls where you go to discover something.  They do have some tourist MT stores. Other than that, there are just stores you’d find at a strip mall.

I have been a long standing and supportive customer of REI for more than 20 years. My husband worked for them for many years, and they have been a foundation in my outdoor adventures. REI was the only place my husband and I registered for our wedding. I am sad to be writing this review.

Today when I stopped by to return a snowboarding jacket the interaction with the cashier was less than pleasant. John, was initially friendly until I mentioned that I would like to return the item and then he became much less friendly. His tone was demeaning. He reminded me several times that my return “could appear to some” as “taking advantage of the return policy”. Please note: this jacket had only been worn a few times and still had the tags.  I informed him my husband and I have been members for a long time and understood the old and new policy regarding returns and my return was within my rights.  He continues to make statements that felt pointed and left me feeling uncomfortable. I had to intentionally maintain calm but inside felt angry by the way he was treating me.

I am saddened by this experience. I have not and do not take “advantage” of their return policy and understand that they have a more relaxed policy than most. One of the many reasons I love REI!

I will consider other outdoor retailers in Bozeman before shopping at this store in the future. Regardless of policy the way I was spoken to was unacceptable.

Kyle , Alice  and piper were amazing. They Helped me take care of a cargo box issue i was having and were all so friendly while doing so. Ive never been much of an rei kinda person but today’s service definitely changed that for me. 11/10

Signed up for the REI card because it sounded like it had a lot of benefits for loyal customers. I had already waited in line and didn’t want to run back to grab something out of the yard sale area because I was in a rush. When I left the store I called and asked an associate if you could put yard sale items on hold. She assured me yes, for 48 hours. I do not have a vehicle and worked very hard to get back to the store less than 24 hours later only for who I presume was the manager to tell me that was not protocol and she already spoken with the associate and the item had been put back on the shelf. Of course, it was gone. I told them I was very frustrated that they did not call me to let me know. The manager could have easily called or just let protocol slip the one time instead of me wasting my time, borrowing a friends car, driving there to be told “yeah we don’t have that.” Not even a sorry. Regretting signing up for the REI card now. Seems like a waste of $30. Don’t know if I’ll return. Maybe I’ll just stick to shopping online.

I gave it 1 star because there wasn't an option to give no stars. We walked in a half an hour before they closed and we're confronted by a young kid who probably was the dishwasher that proclaimed that they "like to get home too" so they stop taking customers at 9:30.

Patty is very unprofessional! It doesn’t matter if a customer orders online or in store, YOU are still the face of Target period! My husband return to your location, from the phone I heard “there is nothing that I can do about your money” just plain unprofessional. From my husbands phone I asked for the corporate number and she replied “you can google it” Patty what are you paid to do? I’m not doing your job for you! I was given a FAKE corporate number guys. I guess you won that one because I did have to google the number! Target you guys need to get back to the basic with your employees. Professionalism is everything.

I tried to give target another chance. However, the associates are extremely rude. They blocked the middle of the isle only to have an inappropriate conversation. I said excuse me and they gave dirty looks because I was “interrupting” their disgusting conversation. I’m appalled. Taking my business back to Publix.

Always clean and they have friendly people that are willing to help you find things. This is super convenient to where I stay when I visit and serves as the neighborhood grocery store for their convenience and friendly service, thank you!

The most frustrating store ever! I went there for Christmas gifts and it was pretty much a waste of time. Men's clothing is in 2 different spots. They didn't have any nightgowns.  They didn't have any sizes in either the Men's or women's larger than a xlarge. And they had around 50 different kinds of pasta noodles but only one brand and size of canned mushrooms! I don't think I'll be going back. It's too much trouble! I had to go shopping somewhat else to get what I wanted/needed.

If you get something that is marked on sale make sure the cashier applies the discount. On multiple occasions we have had to double check the prices they are ringing up, they will just not give you the discount and hope you don't notice! I have grabbed items from the shelf clearly marked for one price then once I get to the cashier it is way higher. This store will try to scam you if you aren't on top of it. BUYER BEWARE
