Brown's Shoe Fit Co- Ft Collins

Had a great experience shopping at this store today! Ginny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and understanding while I tried on a lot of different shoes. Will definitely ask for her assistance every time I stop in. Thank you, Ginny!

I have been going to Brown's for years and their approach was always to sell you what you want, not what they have. It is great that shoe stores are still brick and mortar to allow you to try things on before buying. I recently went into Browns to get a VERY popular shoe only to be told by the saleslady that 'they (manufacturer) doesn't make them anymore'. I found that very hard to believe as this was their flagship shoe...the lady assured me they did not make them anymore, which is why Brown's didn't have any. She then pointed me to another shoe that was (not-surprisingly) about 150% of the cost of the shoe I wanted.
I went home and looked on the manufacturer's site, and not only did they have them, but were coming out with new models! I then pulled up Brown's website and not only did they have them, but in my size! I feel like an idiot for believing this salesperson, and saddened by the fact that we are to the point where we have to buy everything online

I bought a pair of shoes recently at Browns in Ft. Collins.  I had the best experience with the lady who helped me.  She said I had 30 days to return the shoes if I changed my mind.  I took them home and decided not to keep them. When I went to the return the shoes, the man (who wore a wedding band) at the counter was not nice at all.  He tried to grab the box out my hand.  I had the receipt in my hand and he ripped it out of my hand.  He made the return transaction without speaking to me.  He was obviously mad about my return.  He was a jerk. I will not return to Browns due to this man's bad behavior. I didn't deserve such bad treatment, I did nothing wrong. I have since learned this man is the OWNER!  No doubt, he won't respond and apologize for his atrocious behavior.

My aunt and I went in yesterday. We had a lovely salesman named Scott, he was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We both bought new Birks ($145 & $160) we both returned them the next day. We were so applaud at the treatment this wonderful salesman received from not only co-workers, but the owner. The owner is an ignorant, rude man (and use the term "man" lightly) He interrupted him several times, telling him he had "other customers." Leaving us feeling insignificant, like our business didn't matter. We both returned our shoes, and bought them elsewhere. We just could not give this person our business.  My advice to Scott, would be to move on to a shop that would appreciate a good salesman,  because they clearly don't. We will never use this shop again.

I went in today to get comfortable work shoes and Andres greeted me and gave me lots of excellent information and I purchased an amazing pair of Hoka’s for women. I am grateful to Andres for helping me find my perfect pair of shoes !

Clothes Pony & Dandelion Toys

This is absolutely one of our favorite children’s stores ever!
Our kids are teenagers now, and we will still come in to visit. This locally owned children’s store in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. Colorado is a fantastic store with unique gifts, puzzles, stuffed animals, and more. Make sure and say hello to the bunny up front. The staff is super helpful, very nice, and always willing to answer questions and help out. This is a must place to visit in Fort Collins when visiting northern Colorado.

Such an amazing toy store! Yes it has a lot inside but once you’re inside it’s a very clam cozy environment that people of all ages can enjoy and find something to enjoy, the workers are also very very sweet and friendly and also excited about what you purchased! Overall just a really good place for both toys and the cutest cutest clothes and accessories.

A Fort, Collins and Northern Colorado special place for kids. This store is locally owned and sells an incredible amount of genuine and unique gifts for kids. Everything from stuffed animals to puzzles and games of all sorts, this store has it all! We’ve shopped at this store for more than 20 years, and when our kids were little. Now they are teenagers and we still go in to visit and look at all of the really cool stuff that they have here. Whether you’re a local or visiting Fort Collins, this is a great place to check out, even if you’re not in the market to buy. You never know what you might leave with.

Had the best shopping experience. I was able to pick up wonderfully individual gifts for my 3 grandchildren. Kind, thoughtful staff. Fun unique gifts and wonderfully designed space that you can keep walking thru finding new things to look at. They even took the time and tuned my grand daughters new Ukulele. Strongly encourage anyone to go and browse. Will not disappoint.

One of the best toy stores we’ve ever been to! So many toys out for kids to play with, wonderful variety and great prices.  It was raining and this saved our afternoon on a Fort Collins trip! Highly recommend

Dardano's Shoes

I have plantar fasciitis and it’s difficult to merge fashion and comfort. I found a pair that I liked in store but the insole had an issue… Megan was able to help me problem solve to get the best fit and ultimately I got the shoes that I wanted. She was knowledgeable, honest, accommodating and friendly. I recommend this place!

Tyler was an excellent source of information and great help with choosing our shoes. They have a good selection and actually had wide width shoes in stock.  They were not high pressure sales people and were very patient with us.

Wow!  This place and its team are awesome.  Aside from a massive collection of shoes for every sport or use imaginable, this place does shoe, leather, and miscellaneous item repairs that you just can't get done elsewhere.  The people I spoke with were very knowledgeable about their products and willing to share their knowledge and experience.  Special kudos to Teresa and Tyler, two of the store managers. They went well beyond the call of duty working with me.  Thanks you two for making my visits productive and successful.  You rock!

I've spent $$$ in 2 months inside this beautiful store; they have a curated selection of casual + some athletic shoes--not for the performance athlete imho. Sales staff can be great/not so great, but Vento Coffee inside lures me in every time. Smart! Shoe/purse repair onsite.

Mucilli's Shoes and Repair

5 stars, would recommend!

I brought in a pair of 5-year-old Birkenstock Bostons that were completely worn out — the soles were worn all the way down with holes in spots, the cork was shredding around the edges, and I wasn’t sure they’d be salvageable. Mucilli’s attached my original straps to new footbeds and one week later, I’m wearing what feel like brand new Birks! Thank you thank you thank you!

Great work, great service! Fixed a belt beautifully within a reasonable time frame. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I went there for a shoe repair and was surprised that they also were a shoe and boot retailer. The repair was quite reasonable and done on time when promised. I will be happy to support this local business in the future.

I am only giving this place a 5 star review for the employees Ambrosia, Michelle, Elisya, Diamond, Andrew, and Zach. This is a great place and those employees are amazing, I only come in when it is them working. The other employees that work there are not the best especially the supposed “Assistant Store Manager” Alexis. Thank you to those employees I mentioned before, I wouldn’t be coming back if it wasn’t for them.

Looked like a great store! Though I really wanted a pair, just for being there, I didn't find anything that I don't see at my shoe store.

Clarks Bostonian Outlet

I went to Clarks at the Colorado Mills Mall on my birthday with my husband.  I was highly impressed with Ms. Valerie who helped me with my choices with an amazing sale of the purchase of 2 pairs off shoes for a total off $89.99.  She and the manager Ms. Karen made it so much fun.  They maintained their professionalism and ascertained that I was completely satisfied and happy with my choices.  I would recommend this location and guarantee that everyone would have a positive and great experience.  I appreciate them very much and extend my gratitude for everything they did.

The staff were super helpful even when it was really busy. The shoes are really comfortable and have no to minimal break in time so they’re ready to enjoy right away which is great for leather shoes. Each shoe style is cut a little differently so it’s great to be able to try on so many things in person. Will be returning when the seasons change over!

Nice lady on the phone checked for shoes for me on a busy Saturday and I appreciated it even though I went down and didn't end up getting them.  When I showed up a nice man helped me find them and had other suggestions when they didn't fit. It was very much appreciated. Good sales and clean store.  Good selection too!

Clark's was the third shoe store we hit at the mall...and was definitely where we should have started. Valarie was fantastic.  Helped us get just the right shoes for our tween's school dance and a sale pair for me. Catered to my tall kid's large feet with grace and cheer. While other stores made a 9.5W seem monstrous and odd Valarie had my kid feeling pampered and beautiful. Both our shoes are classy, cute and comfortable as well.

Men, don't believe for a minute that dress and casual shoes should be uncomfortable. Clarks makes excellent shoes to fit all kinds of feet. They are long lasting, well made, and comfortable from day one.

The staff at this shop are super friendly and helpful, don't be afraid to ask for suggestions on style or fitment.

DICK'S Sporting Goods

Not often you get to give an outstanding review to a ‘big’ company.  But today, I’m giving all 5 stars to BRANDON at the Colorado Mills store.  This super nice young man gave outstanding (and super patient!) customer service.  Bravo!!

Bought my son a new baseball glove.. unlike ones I have seen at other DSG stores.. love it.. and they steamed it and beat it to a pulp to break it in!!

I am a long time customer but my recent pickup experience at this location prompted me to leave a review. I placed an online order and when I started driving to the store I realized it was going to close a few minutes before my arrival. I called the store and thankfully didn’t have to talk to anyone in Mumbai before being connected. Damian answered and said if got there by 1915 he’d try and accommodate me. I called again when I arrived and he followed through, bringing out my online order 15 min after the store closed. I really appreciated this, in addition to his super friendly helpful attitude.

Ordered shoes online then went to pick them up. (Always check the shoes before you take them) so I check the shoes and they have scuff marks and dirt stains from handling, so I ask one of the staff if I can get a discount because the shoes were not clean and so then I was greeted by 4 different people whom worked there to see what I was talking about and so after they were hesitant to discount the shoes the female said she could do 20 percent off and the other guy was hesitant about it so then proceeded to tell me that their shoes they receive are mostly garbage and said the stitching and glue is always a issue.. so I make my way to the counter to get the refund of 20 percent back from what I paid and all of the sudden instead of that they lied and said that the sale wasn’t confirmed by whoever confirms the sale (which it was because the money had already been taken out of my account) and they just gave me a refund of what I paid when I didn’t ask for one.. they would rather give you back your money than lose 20 % and resell stained shoes to make a profit and then lie about it.. they never asked if I’d like a refund they just gave me my money back and I never asked for a refund. They definitely lost a customer. Buyer beware and check your merchandise before leaving the store. This was the location at the Colorado mills mall

If the name of your store has "Sporting Goods" in it it should have a good selection of sporting equipment. This Dick's is a big disappointment. They have clothing...but that's about it. SAD selection of camping, sporting, and hunting equipment. Definitely not going here again.

adidas Outlet Store Lakewood

Rude manager.   She makes up her own return policy even though the receipt and sign at the register says otherwise.   Her district Manager said she should have done the exchange the way I was asking and the policy is.   Really rude abonoxious manager

Not bad cheep at the time I went 10/14/23 they had a 50% off most of the store so that was nice good selection I look for size 14 very few of those size but 13 and under good to go new selection hoodies sweats, shorts t shirts

This outlet always have the wrong price in the system and what it says on the price tag . So many times I would see a item love the price but when you take it to the register it’s the wrong price. But any decent place would honor the price on the price tag , but this place would just make you feel you made the mistake and causing them so much energy to fix the problem when it’s the staff who put the price on the price tag and just tell you no, that’s what the computer said . Maybe management should train the employees how to properly put proper prices on items.

Worst customer service people on the entire planet.
They claim that if you return a product to them they lose money.
Didn't know Adidas as a multi-billion dollar corporation takes money out of the worker's pockets when someone returns a product to them.
You should all be disgusted in this store by your attitude.

Good store and good deals but not great impression on the staff. They made a mistake and forgot to scan some of the items we bought (no problem, things happen) but when we went back in to get them scanned they said they can't reapply the discount code I used for my orders because they had to ring it up as a separate order. Kinda weird since it was the staff who forgot to scan the items. But oh well, decent store overall but I won't be coming back.

Tradehome Shoes

Chandler is The Best—so friendly, courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He helped my daughter and me find the perfect shoes…did I mention he’s patient too? He deserves an A+ and a Gold Star.  I will be going back for the great selection and the greater service. Thank you Tradehome and Chandler!

Bought my first pair of Hokas, today! I absolutely despise shopping…but had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to Chandler. He made what would normally be a very stressful situation for me actually enjoyable. Knowledgeable, polite, above and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend!

Heidi was absolutely sensational! She helped me find the perfect shoes and was extremely helpful in my shoe search. She went above and beyond and then some to assist me in my shoes needs. I highly recommend my girl Heidi and would love to buy some more shoes from her!

Rhylee Hess waited on me today. He was very helpful bringing me numerous shoes to try on to find the perfect fit. His personality is delightful and is an excellent salesperson. He has gear potential for leadership in this company. I came in to consider buying one pair of shoes and I’m happy to leave with two!!!! Job well done.

Dillard's

Customer service department is so overly rude for no reason. I was simply trying to make a return and just ended up leaving because of her rudeness. I can certainly see why so many people shop online.

Dillard’s are my personal favorite. This is a huge one with good stocks. Although covid affected all business and shopping malls, this Dillards still looks pretty good in shape. I love going back.

Went to Dillards this week and visited Chanel counter.  Looked at Coco Madamoiselle cologne and brow pencils mainly.  Was told about the promotion of for every one hundred dollars spent, you get a 25 dollar reward to spend.  I took a picture of the display and told the makeup person I would come back and do this.  I went back today and intended to buy the cologne, brow pencil and a foundation to spend 200 dollars and get 50 dollars to spend.  I was informed that I had to buy by yesterday to get that promotion.  I was never told that and I feel the promotion sign was misleading.  They said the sign meant I could spend the extra money before May 14.  I had them put it back and will either watch for a new promotion or buy from someone else.  I have always liked to shop at Dillards and have their charge card but this was just so disappointing.

Visited Dillards and bought some clothing for my husband.  I want to brag on the young man who helped us.  I think his name was Bryce Rogers, a ban from California.  He helped us find exactly what we needed and made suggestions and was very friendly and professional.  I wish all the employees were as good.  Most of the time it is hard to find anyone to help or check you out.  Biden's America I guess.

I have to give a great review for John Lands i'n women's shoes in November 2023.  He helped with an order from the store that saved shipping because the item was not in stock at the local store.  I know Belk did this but did not know Dillard's also does this.  He was great as I took a while finding my charge card and he was very pleasant.  Not all of your employees are as nice.

Great store to find designer merchandise without paying the outrageous high prices!
