I don't care what dorks like this guy have to say. Hilarious. How raza be these days. That's the best you going to do in life. Bruh. I grew up in Denver but I just got back from Florida, Oregon, Washington. I always got a place everywhere lol. Im just not a dork that goes from work to home home to work. I enjoy the outdoors. But raza wants me to live lousy like them mad. Cause I'm doing what they can't. I'm the best out here. I don't care what ppl say about me. This what I do. Find losers like this.

They shared the deals and were very friendly. We did show up minutes before close and they were so helpful. I didn’t get the lady’s name but it was great.

Horrible service. We were shopping for a jacket for my son. Asked one of the male associates if he can check for a size up top. He quickly looked without taking anything down and said “we only have a large” and walked away without saying another word. (A decent customer service situation should’ve went like this, “we only have a large but I can check online or another store for stock to try to find your size”) I stopped him and said ok can we have the large so he can try it on? He came back started looking through the bottom ones that I had already looked through so I thought I’d be  courteous and tell him I did look through them already if we can get the top one because it looked really big. He basically told I needed to have more patience that he knew what he was doing. I was very offended with what he said and told him he seemed like he didn’t want to look for a size in the first place and was being rude. He continued to argue with me and my husband finally had to tell him to just be quiet. Keep in mind I work in retail and I am an extremely nice person and full of patience. Come to find out he was the general manager. We found another jacket we liked in my sons size but decided to go elsewhere. We will not go back to this Columbia because of how he treated me. We’ve spent hundreds of dollars on all our snow gear in the past.

Had a rather bad experience at this location trying to return an online order. Next time I'll visit a different location or stick to returning online orders via mail. The convenience of visiting a store is offset by the poor experience I had.

Converse Factory Store

The sales person called me a liar that Converse does not carry wide shoes. I’m wearing a pair of converse I purchased there last year. She should think about her response to customers in the future.

Always a treat to see what's new and the clearance racks are nearly always fruitful.

Nice updating...drove up from Lakewood to exchange. It says open on Google. Frustrating to say the least.

Awesome. Clearance was an additional 50% off. When I asked an associate if they had a shoe in my size. She without hesitation checked and found it for me. I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and a duffel bag. Definitely will be shopping here again

My husband and I purchased several items from this store last week. I have a misplaced the receipt. Just my luck, my son needed a size smaller on both pairs of shoes. Shout out to Chris who answered all my questions over the phone and made sure that he had those in stock so that we would not waste our time waiting in line for no reason! When we were in shopping last week the employees were so helpful we made out like bandits and we’re so happy with our purchases! To have things go so smoothly when we needed to do an exchange was an unexpected and appreciated experience ! Great job Chris and  associates!! We are customers  for life!!

Brown's Shoe Fit Co

This is the best shoe store. I’ve never received the help that they offered at another store before. I have a neuromuscular disease that makes it incredibly hard to find shoes i can wear. They were able to find me a shoe right away and even built me a special wedge insert. Such wonderful service. I will definitely be back.

Always friendly service and nearly always have what I want or need. Pricey shoes (prices set by manufacturers) but they're what you need if you want comfortable and supportive shoes to relieve any foot pain.

The best shoe store in the Springs, great selection of quality shoes & boots.  The guys that work there couldn't be more helpful.  They are friendly, dependable and knowledgeable.  I will definitely return.

Back in 2017 I went it to buy a pair of work shoes. When I got to the register I asked the cashier if they offered a military discount. An older lady quickly and indignantly ran up, crossed her arms, raised her eyebrow, and sternly said, “NO.” I never ever expect a military discount but always check to see if they are available, because if I had a coupon for something I was going to buy anyways, why wouldn’t I use it? Anyways, it’s been 5 years and it still doesn’t sit right with me. She could have kindly said, “no we don’t offer one here.” I still bought the shoes but I wish I wouldn’t have simply because of how she treated me. I don’t know why that lady had such a chip on her shoulder.

Great selection of hey dudes. We visited 6 stores before this one. This is the only store who had my sons size.

Very good selections and almost always have the size you need! Prices are equal to the rest at least if not lower. And they still offer BOGO!!

A true neighborhood sneaker shop filled with a great variety and helpful, friendly staff. Has great selection of sneakers! Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy new kicks

Tops Shoes - New Balance Rogers

Very friendly people, bought a pair of slip on shoes. Wore combat boots in the military to run, but when they switched over to running shoes. New Balance was my choice and I have ran for years with them. Have never regretted it. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE . Do not stand behind products. They had no care or concern over a problem with some of their 65$ insoles. I felt they should've lasted longer than 3 months seeing as how they didn't get much use.

Very expensive. Sandals start at around $140. Boots $300+
If spending a lot of money on brand name shoes makes you feel good, then this is place for you!
If not, I'm pretty sure you can find better prices elsewhere.

I went to Tops Shoes looking for a specific shoe. ( which is no longer being made) The staff worked hard to find me replacement ( which they did). I am very happy with my new shoes & will be back when I need new shoes.

Plaza Shoe Store Inc

First time going in definitely will not be the last. The young lady that helped us was terrific, and the Manager who was busy even helped! I am on my feet 18 hrs a day and no matter where I went it was mostly a disappointment. This place cares!!! It’s about customer satisfaction and experience. Pricing was no more than I would have paid on internet and I got to try them on ahead. They even offered to write down the information in case I wanted to think about it or look elsewhere. I bought them and wore them out of the store. They felt that good.

on me left a lot to be desired. I asked for a good loafer she progressed to tell me that they weren't really in style apparently she doesn't look at fashion magazines
She corrected me several times that the shoes were European numbered not American Well goodie I'm not in Europe I know my own shoe size as American she was not very polite about it
The other young ladies I observed that were waiting on others, seemed to be quite friendly and willing to help. I would certainly pick one of them next time .
The young woman  had medium long dark-haired and on the heavier side.

Purchased a pair of hiking boots at Plaza Shoes in December of 2022. They wore out very quickly, and despite thinking I should not take them back to see what they could do, I did just that. Upon taking them back, they were very gracious, and attempted to get the shoe company to give me a new pair. Within a few days they called me back and arranged to get me new boots at no cost to me. Plaza Shoe was tremendous to work with, and I plan on buying more shoes in the future. Thanks!

I love the selections. I got some good workout footwear from their boutique, Love them! I really had a great customer experience, the staff are super helpful when I am undecided of what brand I want. highly recommend.

Awesome store. They sell about everything for the great outdoors you can imagine. It’s a massive warehouse and they have a lot of good clearance racks. For anyone looking to add to their outdoors gear this place is certainly one to stop by. You can tell they are starting to get their inventory in for winter sports which is exciting! (My pictures don’t even cover a quarter of the store)

Words cannot describe this place. It’s the one stop shop for any outdoor enthusiast. The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After you’re done shopping, sit by the river or walk to the local restaurants or shops to enjoy.

Even if you’re just in the area, this REI has it all. A Starbucks and a play area?? Count me in! The employees are always friendly and extremely helpful—even when we come just to play and hang out and not make a purchase. It feels very much so like a place for community, and I love that intentionality. It is also well staffed so you’re never wandering the three floors looking for help. I would recommend and encourage anyone in the area to give this REI a visit!

The store is huge, and it offers a variety of quality items, sometimes at reduced prices. The 1.5 hrs free parking was gone in an eye blink. I went there looking for a specific item and was able to find it. Some of the staff is helpful while some really is not, and I found the lady at the cash to be somewhat rude or presumptuous, which is less appealing for this highly regarded store.

This location is massive. The store is REI so you know what you are getting with purchases but the building is very unique. For how big the store is there isn’t anymore merchandise than a regular location. It is worth taking a look at if you are in need of their products.

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Very nice selection of shoes. Always check the clearance first! Very competitive prices for quality shoes either walking, hiking, rough terrain,  dress, casual. And they have most shoes in extra wide width as well. Stacked and organized

My first experience with this place as I want to order a pair of steel toe boots for work. Since they don't carry my shoe size 16 wide in the store. And this was the only place I could find a size 16 wide. (Out of all the shoe stores in Springfield, Mo). I feel sorry for people who have or need bigger size shoes or boots.  No one has them.  So I had to order them. And hopefully they will fit?   Will update when I get them.

This visit was my first to DSW.  I found the employee, Ashley, that helped me was very knowledgeable regarding the shoes I was needing and made certain that they fit properly.

I have a disability with walking and feeling my feet due to my MS.  Ashley was very sensitive to my issues and ensured that I bought the proper shoes.

Although I purchased the shoes to exercise,  I have found the shoes are perfect for me to use full-time.

Their employee are very welcoming and accommodating, they showed me different shoes and different brands, they were very knowledgable and helped me understand both the pros and cons in different brands,  I am definitely going back here whenever I need sneakers, these guys have exceptional product knowledge.

They have a big selection of shoes and boots. Also a decent size discount shoe area. It's nice to be able to try on shoes in person and if they do not have my style or size I can always order online.

Nordstrom Rack

The staff at this store are so friendly , and very helpful.   I was looking for a pair of uggs abd had called before going to the store, just to make sure that they had what I wanted in stock.  The associate on the phone informed me that they had 4 pairs if the boots I was looking for.   Upon n arriving , I could not find them in the c regular shoe section,  finding an employee to help took me all of 10 seconds , abd they escorted me directly to the location of the boots.  I was in a hurry that day,  so it was very nice to have to waste time searching around, abd then to have the associate that helped Mr, to be so informed, friendly,  and professional.

I am very disappointed in the Nordstrom hiring and background checking process, people like this should never be allowed to work in customer service. A recent hire at your location is homophobic and Transhobic and purposefully outed a friend of mine to their mom and got them kicked out of their home. And when confronted about it threatened to kill themselves and put my name in there suicide note saying it was my fault. And I want them fired immediately!

Great store for sakes. We stocked up on a little of everything. The men’s section was off the charts. The savings and price knockdowns were huge.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nordstrom Rack while attempting to return a product. The cashier's behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory, as he selectively granted privileges to certain customers based on his personal preferences.

From the moment I approached the cashier, it was evident that he had no interest in assisting me. Despite his claims that he could help with the return, it quickly became apparent that his willingness to provide assistance was solely dependent on whether he deemed me worthy. Witnessing him grant special privileges to other customers, it was evident that he was applying a subjective criteria to decide who deserved assistance.

As a customer, I believe in fair treatment and equality for all. It is highly concerning and disheartening to experience such blatant discrimination. Regardless of personal opinions or preferences, a cashier's duty is to provide equal service to every customer, without prejudice or bias.

Not only did this incident tarnish my perception of Nordstrom Rack, but it also left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. It is essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all customers are treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular cashier was far from that ideal.

I hope that Nordstrom Rack takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Discrimination should never be tolerated in any establishment, and it is crucial for the management to provide proper training and guidelines to their employees to ensure a positive and inclusive customer experience.

I strongly urge prospective customers to consider this incident before choosing to shop at Nordstrom Rack. In my opinion, an establishment that allows such discriminatory behavior is not deserving of our patronage. There are plenty of other businesses that prioritize fairness and respect for their customers, and it would be more beneficial to support them instead.

Overall, my experience at Nordstrom Rack was deeply disappointing due to the discriminatory treatment I received from the cashier. I hope that my feedback encourages the management to take appropriate action to rectify this issue and ensure that all customers are treated equally and with the respect they deserve.

Always great stuff at even better prices! My wife loves it here - so if she’s happy, I am too!

Brown's Shoe Fit Company

This is the best shoe store I have ever been in!  No dispute.  The selection is excellent.  The customer service sets them even further apart.  Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely passionate about finding you the right shoe.  These guys are awesome.

I always buy my shoes at Brown’s Shoe Fit.  I appreciate the one on one help.  Jason helped me find the best shoes for my plantar fasciitis. He is very knowledge, personable and he listened to my needs.  He even found some discounted shoes that are perfect for me.  Jason is a real gem to work with.  That man deserves a raise!

Excellent service, every time. They really are more interested in you getting shoes that fit your needs than they are in just making sales. They have an extensive collection of possibilities, and every single sales person there that I've met has had all the patience in the world at letting me try everything on that I want to try on.
I've bought two pairs of running shoes, four different pairs of boots, six sets of summer sandals, and various walking shoes over decades, and every single pair has done what I needed it to do for a good long time. The shoes might be a little expensive, but they all last, break in to be super comfortable, and they've always fit me for what I needed them to do.

In July of 2023, I ran in to get some replacement Keens and the floor person and I looked at my old ones that were falling apart and used that size to find me a few pair, that I immediately put on and they seemed okay so I just walked out the door with them. I loved the bright colors so much the for wasn't really on my mind.

Problem was that this new style has a hard shell, and for whatever reason the third toe of my left foot bruised terribly in these shoes. I took them back with me, expecting that because I'd work then outside, I'd just have to shell out for a new pair. It really was my fault. But the store folks carefully got me a new pair that was a full size larger and made it an exchange after they saw just how badly I'd hurt myself on them.

So I can't recommend this store enough.

Old school exceptional service. Unparalleled selection. Fair prices. We stopped in after hearing that this place was great and it was. There’s no reason to shop at a big box store or buy online.

Great selection, terrible staff. From the moment a person enters the store the staff constantly harass you, asking if help is needed. Clearly commission based for the worse. On more than one occasion I heard fellow customers tell a staff member they were just browsing, and then once you do see a pair of shoes they immediately take the box as if you will run for the door without paying if they do not. Unfortunately, will not be back anytime soon. I would prefer to order online rather than come back to support their store.
